Nestled in the heart of the Caribbean, our luxury villa offers the ideal setting for families or groups looking for an unforgettable vacation in Puerto Plata Dominican Republic . Whether you’re relaxing by the outdoor pool, enjoying panoramic views from the deck, or gathering with friends and family in the spacious living areas, you’ll experience the perfect combination of comfort and elegance.

The Villa:
With ample space and stunning views, this villa is designed to make your stay feel like paradise. Whether you're planning a serene retreat or a vibrant social event, our property provides the perfect backdrop for both relaxation and celebration. Please note, for groups of more than 16 guests, approval from the host is required, and additional fees may apply. We maintain a peaceful environment, so unapproved visitors will incur extra fees.

Outdoor Paradise:
- Dive into our sparkling outdoor pool, ranging from 3 to 6 feet in depth.
- Unwind in the Jacuzzi (note: no heating available).
- Enjoy the convenience of outdoor bathrooms and a refreshing outdoor shower.
- Fire up the BBQ Grill (no additional fee).
- Relax in the charming outdoor gazebo.
- Head to the deck above the gazebo, where you can marvel at a 180-degree view of the lush mountains, sparkling sea, cruise port and the vibrant cityscape below.
- A new fire pit area with a grass flooring section, perfect for enjoying the outdoors in a cozy setting. We’ve also added outdoor patio lights to enhance the ambiance, making it an ideal spot for evening relaxation or gathering with friends and family.

Access to the Villa:
Please be aware that the main entrance features a steep hill leading up to the house.

Guestrooms:
Our villa features five beautifully appointed bedrooms, offering ample space and comfort for your group.
- Master Bedroom: King-sized bed, pull-out full-size sofa bed, vanity dresser, walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom, and a private balcony with pool and scenic views.
- Second Bedroom: Three full-sized beds, en-suite bathroom, and ample closet space.
- Third Bedroom: Two bunk beds (Queen-size bottom, Full-size top), en-suite bathroom, and a walk-in closet.
- Fourth Bedroom: Three full-sized beds, closet space, and a mountain view. Shared bathroom with Bedroom 5.
- Fifth Bedroom: Two queen-sized beds, a twin-size pull-out sofa bed, closet space, and stunning views of the city, sea, and mountains. Shared bathroom with Bedroom 4.
All rooms are equipped with internet-connected TVs, and A/C units (available in bedrooms only). Kindly turn off A/C when rooms are vacant for energy conservation. Please note: no central A/C is available throughout the property.

Public Spaces & Amenities:
- The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, a microwave, wine cooler, and all the tools you’ll need to prepare meals.
- Enjoy casual meals at the breakfast bar (seats 6) or gather at the formal dining table (seats 8).
- Relax in one of the three living areas designed for comfort and socializing.
- For your convenience, there’s a laundry room with washer and dryer. (Laundry supplies to be purchased on own)
- Entertainment options include a pool table and a dominoes table in the outdoor entertainment section & basketball court.
- Masseuse services are available by appointment (24-hour notice required). Ask your host for more details!

Guest Access & Location:
You’ll have access to the entire villa and its luxurious amenities. Parking is available for up to 5+ cars on the property.

The villa is conveniently located:
- (20 minutes) from Puerto Plata Airport
- (1 hour) from The Cibao Airport in Santiago (STI)

For your peace of mind, the villa is fully gated with outdoor cameras and an electrical fence for added security. Our friendly onsite staff, Blanco & Negrita, live in a separate studio at the back of the property. They’re available to assist you and are Spanish speakers—please contact the host directly for language assistance if needed.

Special Occasions & Events:
The villa is ideal for intimate weddings or social parties (additional charges apply). Please consult with the host for approval before booking any events.

Additional Services:
Once your booking is confirmed, we can connect you with a reliable transportation service to assist with airport pick-up and drop-offs, as well as any other travel needs you may have.

Additionally, we can arrange for local ladies to cook homemade meals for you during your stay. The cost will depend on your group size, and we can assist with purchasing groceries ahead of time. To make this process as smooth as possible, we’ll need a full meal itinerary from you a minimum of 1-week prior to your arrival. This will allow the cook to estimate the cost of the groceries. Once we have the estimate, we’ll request the payment through vrbo to cover the grocery costs.

If there is any leftover amount, the cook will return it to you upon arrival. Should there be any additional expenses beyond what was requested, you can settle that with the cook directly once you arrive.


House Rules:
We want to ensure you have a fantastic stay! Please keep in mind:
- No pets allowed.
- No parties or events without prior host approval (extra fees may apply).
- Quiet hours: Please respect the property by keeping noise levels low between 9 a.m. and 11pm.
- No smoking inside the villa ($250 charge per violation).
- No glass containers in the pool area.
- No eating in the bedrooms or sitting on the furniture while wet.
- No filming for social media, music videos, documentaries, etc. without host approval (extra fees may apply).
- Any damages to the property will be at the expense of the registered guest.

We kindly ask that you respect our home, as every effort has been made to provide an unforgettable, relaxing, and enjoyable vacation experience for you and your loved ones.

Toiletries: We provide essential bathroom toiletries upon arrival. Please note, replenishments for additional toiletries are not included. There are multiple grocery stores nearby for any additional needs.
Towels: plenty of bath towels are provided upon arrival based on group size
Pool towels: pool towels available for use.
Holiday Bookings: A minimum 3-night stay is required for holiday bookings.
Cleaning Fee: The $120 cleaning fee covers checkout cleaning services.
