Endless possibilities exist to explore this beautiful area: hiking, a neighborhood walk, concerts at Ford Theater in Colorado Springs, Red Rock Ampitheater in Morrison, visiting The United States Air Force Academy, Cheyene Mountain Zoo, The Broadmoor Hotel, Glen Eyrie Castle, the little town of Palmer Lake, downtown Monument, dining out at the numerous restaurants/breweries, visiting multiple museumsâŠthere is so much to see and do and certainly something for everyone!

We chose this neighborhood because of the beautiful setting and peace and quiet. There are many places to enjoy the views of Pikes Peak, The Rampart Range and even the The Palmer Lake Star when itâs lit up.

Our home is nicely situated with space around the home to enjoy the beautiful trees and possibly catch sight of deer, a bear, many birds, rabbits, squirrels and maybe even a bobcat.
The inside of the apartment is very cozy and guests always comment on how comfortable and inviting it is. The patio offers a nice place to grill and enjoy a meal, read or just pass time enjoying the outdoors.
