We have ample private parking for large vehicles in front of the house. Even though the location is rural, VT 100 is well paved and regularly plowed during the winter months, so getting here should be easy.

The luxurious primary bedroom offers a king bed with soft linens. The private en-suite bathroom attached to this room offers a jetted tub, towel warmer, and ample storage.

The additional 3 spacious bedrooms are beautifully decorated, have new furnishings, and comfortable mattresses so you can sleep soundly during your stay. Each bedroom is furnished with a plush queen-sized bed (2 queens in the walkout basement room) featuring a foam mattress and organic cotton sheets for your ultimate comfort.

A second full bathroom provides a shower and tub combination, so you can choose between a relaxing soak or a refreshing shower. Each full bath is stocked with fresh towels and shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. There’s an additional half bath on the main floor of the home.

Through the back door, you’ll find a lovely outdoor space with a patio and a backyard. There is outdoor seating and plenty of room for children to play in the yard. The yard is fully fenced, and 11 acres expand beyond our fenceline. There is wildlife—moose, deer, and bears—so please be aware. Wild berries are abundant in the summer !

This spacious home is in the perfect location for discovering Eden and the surrounding ski areas in the winter and hikins/ swimming holes in the summer! Ideally located in a rural neighborhood just across the street from Lake Eden, you can enjoy your peace and quiet while relaxing in nature.
