Private 3-bedroom modern beach house located on the beach off a quiet road in Bororo, La Union. The property includes a child friendly inground pool, pleasant garden, fire pit and private beach area.

Wifi internet is provided, stay-in caretaker, and exclusive beach access. Just a few minutes away from restaurants, cafes, bars, and grocery stores. The house is situated near the famous surfing spot -- San Juan, La Union.

The house is perfect for a family to relax and enjoy the ambience.

We also offer fiber internet that can be accessed in the bedrooms, kitchen, living room, pool, and firepit all the way to the beach.

Each of the 3 bedrooms offers air conditioning..
The pool, garden, patio, and beach area are completely private to our guests.

Guests are given access to the stated spaces and is completely private. Our assistance is available around the clock if required.

The property can sleep 12 people plus 4 household staff

Children are welcome but for their safety please keep a close eye on them. Children must always have adult supervision when swimming in the pool.

We do provide lines and towels, however daily house keeping services are not included. Should you wish to have housekeeping service it is available for an additional fee. If interested please inquire about this.

You must inform us of any damage or breakages during your stay. All damage and breakages must be paid for via Airbnb.

Please turn off all lights, fans, air conditioning units, and appliances when not in use or when leaving the property.

Please be mindful when using henna tattoo, fake tan, makeup or hair dye as permanent stains on our linens may incur an additional fee.

The property has a strict noise curfew between 11:00pm and 7:00am. Parties, events and excessive noise are prohibited as the house is situated in a residential area

There is an allocated parking space in the driveway and can fit up to 4 cars.

Whenever you are away from the property, please close and lock all windows and doors to maintain security.

Smoking and vaping is restricted to outdoor areas only.
