Very nice place to stay. Our five boys spent much time in the pool in the basement and wanted to go back and swim when we were out doing other things. I suspect they will want to return the next time we visit Pigeon Forge.

Everything was as described! We loved how close it was to town and the space was very roomy! We wish the pool was heated but it wasn’t a deal breaker and the kids powered through! We will stay here again if we have the opportunity.

Great stay-house was very nice, pretty mountain view. Easy to get to, easy drive to restaurants, grocery and shopping. Kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub daily. Kitchen was well supplied. Couple small housekeeping needs were addressed quickly. Overall, very responsive, easy check in/out.

The property overall is nice, but the place wasn’t clean and we had issues with the hot tub from the start. It’s approximately 8 minutes to the main strip of pigeon forge but it’s also located near a waste management company so it smells like sulphur outside your cabin(not enjoyable to sit on the decks). As said earlier, it’s a nice place but we probably wouldn’t come back to this cabin.

Family loved the pool and hot tub. There were not enough chairs outside. only two chairs on the deck for a family vacation. Two chairs downstairs pool area and deck combined. Wife did not like not having anywhere to hang clothing, no dressers in bedrooms.Overal everyone enjoyed the stay.

AC had issues they came out next day to work on it. The place wasn’t dirty but wasn’t clean for someone renting their place. Beds were not comfortable bedrooms had no place for you to keep clothes but bed took up the floor space in all rooms. Not enough chairs on porch for the large families the house holds. No chairs in the pool area for anyone to sit and watch kids. Swimming pool and hot tub were the the highlights of the trip just didn’t have places to sit

We absolutely loved our stay and would love to have stayed longer. The house is very nice, comfortable and was very clean and has everything you could possibly need. The entire process for the reservation from start to finish went very smoothly.My grandson was playing baseball at The Cal Ripken Experience and the location of the house was perfect for this event and kept us from having to be in the mainstream of traffic regularly.We would definitely stay here again.

Dollywood trip with family

Group of 14 and we had an amazing time. The property was as advertised and there was plenty of room for all of us. The pool was a hit with the kids and the adults loved the hot tub! Communication with the host was great, very responsive to our needs (we could t figure out the kitchen lights and knob on the dryer was broke). Overall a great place to stay!!

It was a very nice property overall. You will get your exercise going up and down the stairs! It was very close to everything we needed to do— about two or three minutes from the grocery store and all parkway activities. Everything (except the hot tub) seemed pretty clean.The only thing we didn’t know was the property is right across the street from a sanitation department! If the wind was blowing wrong, there was an awful smell that seeped even through the windows and smelled like vomit…

The location and house were absolutely beautiful. The few minor issues found during checkin were immediately handed by the property owner. The only "negative" was the tabletops needed a wipe down from cleaning residue and the entertainment seating needs to be updated.Also, as a bonus my family is positive that house is haunted. We had some very interesting and unexplainable paranormal activities happen during our stay. It was fantastic and added to the overall experience.

Overall a really nice property in the mountains. Very convenient that every bedroom had an ensuite bath. The bunk bed room was great for the kids. The pool, hot tub and video games were enjoyed by all. There were a couple of areas for improvement. There were only 2 chairs on each deck. That meant that most people were left to stand. Also not one chair in the pool area. Very inconvenient and not comfortable at all for anyone hanging out at the pool. Also, not one bedroom had a closet! Found this to be not only strange but super inconvenient. There were no hooks to hang anything, no dressers with drawers and no place to set luggage other than the floor. Finally, as another guest commented in their review, some strange things happened at the house. Outside and inside lights randomly turned on and off and same with the tv. This was a little unnerving.

Overall the cabin was great - ample space for our party of 12, kids loved the pool and I appreciated the little notes throughout the property, specifically details on why the fridge takes a bit to cool and how to ensure the hot tub is set correctly. The owners are very responsive to messages and were helpful throughout our stay. We did struggle to get the coffeemaker to work (might need just a cleaning cycle), but there was an extra 12 cup machine that we were able to use. Kitchen was well appointed for us to cook a large breakfast.One thing that would be helpful are some hooks on the back of the bathroom doors to hang towels, it would’ve kept us from using so many. We would stay again!

The cabin was in a great location and very clean, but there were some broken seats in the theater room. Also, we were told there would be a Christmas tree in the cabin as this was our family Christmas celebration and there wasn’t a tree. No kind of decoration for the holiday. The host was very quick to answer questions, but there weren’t any closets in any of the bedrooms. Only 1 bathroom had a double vanity. There weren’t any kind of checkout instructions either. The kids did enjoy the pool even though the adults thought it was too cold and the hot tub was up to temperature by the second day.

Justin the host was extremely helpful and friendly. He answered all of my text promptly. The house was perfect for our family vacation. The location of the house is very convenient to all the attractions we wanted to visit. The kitchen area was well equipped for cooking meals. The pool and hot tub were a big hit with my grandkids.
