This bright and spacious, ultra-modern, open-plan studio, located on the first floor, provides comfortable home-from-home accommodation catering for all your needs.

The living area is kitted out with a a comfy leather 2-seater sofa, 50-inch, wall-mounted, smart TV where you’ll be able to relax and watch your favourite movie or Netflix series whilst sipping a glass of your favourite tipple!

The kitchen area has stylish mint green units, granite worktop, free-standing fridge/freezer, 4-burner ceramic hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and is fully equipped with everything you might need to cook a tasty meal, or to enjoy a sneaky takeaway on the dining table.

The bedroom area has a king-sized bed with bedside units and bedside lamps. The bed has a firm, hotel-quality mattress & sumptuous Premier Inn pillows for the utmost comfort whilst resting. It comprises a bright en-suite bathroom with window, large shower cubicle, vanity unit & chrome towel rail heater. There is a large wardrobe for all your clothes with drawers underneath containing an iron/ironing board, hangers, hair dryer.

There is a communal laundry room with free-to-use commercial washing machines and a tumble dryer for your use on longer stays.

For your security there are communal CCTV cameras. There is also an intercom in your apartment with which you may see and speak to anyone who buzzes your flat at the main entrance.

Please note we collect £100 damage deposits from all of our guests, this is fully refundable at the end of your stay assuming no significant damage is done to the room or its contents.
