Welcome to your private chalet in Tiger Run Resort—just minutes from Breckenridge Ski Resort's gondola.
This 2BR/2BA newly built unit is the only chalet in the resort with a legal second-floor loft bedroom and en-suite bathroom. **Ceiling height is 5’9”**.
Located between Frisco and Breckenridge, you're just 5 minutes from historic Main Street and 1 minute from the Breckenridge Golf Course.
The clubhouse, just around the block from the back of the cabin, features a heated pool, hot tubs, arcade, gym, pickleball, basketball, tennis courts, and more—perfect for relaxing after a day outdoors.
Our chalet is stocked with amenities and includes a fully equipped kitchen:
• Master bedroom: Queen bed, TV, bathroom just outside the door.
• Loft-style bedroom (upstairs): Two full beds and one twin bed, TV, and private en-suite half bath. **Ceiling height is 5’9”**
• Bathrooms: Two bathrooms stocked with towels, toiletries, and a hair dryer.
• Living room: Queen sofa sleeper, large flat-screen TV, and open layout.
• Kitchen: Fully equipped with all essentials.
• Outdoor space: Private balcony and back patio with a grill, mountain views, and sounds of the Blue and Swan Rivers.
• Extras: Washer and dryer located in the master closet.
This 2BR/2BA unit comfortably sleeps 6 people with 5 beds and 2 bathrooms.
Explore Summit County—Dillon, Silverthorne, Frisco, and Keystone are just a short drive away, offering endless dining, shopping, and outdoor adventure year-round.
We pride ourselves on guest service and support. There’s a Welcome Book in the kitchen with helpful information for a smooth stay. We also provide a 24/7 emergency contact (info in the Welcome Book).
Please note:
• There is parking for 2 vehicles directly in front of the cabin. No overflow parking is available within the resort.
• Camper trailers and oversized vehicles cannot be accommodated onsite.
• Due to the homeowner’s severe dog allergies, pets are not allowed. Thank you for understanding.

PARKING:
There is parking for 2 vehicles in front of the cabin, and no extra parking is available in the resort.
CLUBHOUSE:
The hot tub, pool, gym, and arcade are in the clubhouse, just around the block behind the cabin, next to the tennis and pickleball courts. Pool towels are in the living room dresser. Open daily from 10 AM to 10 PM.
SLEEPER SOFA LINENS:
A linen set and extra pillows are in the master closet. If used, leave the sleeper sofa open with the sheets on for housekeeping to remove.
TV & STREAMING:
The living room TV offers both Xfinity Stream and Roku. The master TV has Xfinity Stream, and the second-floor TV has Roku for streaming. If you log into Amazon, Netflix, or other streaming services, please log out before checking out.
WASHER & DRYER:
Stackable washer and dryer is located in the master closet, with detergent provided in the closet or under the kitchen sink.
ELECTRICAL PANEL:
Is located in the master bedroom should a breaker trip.
COOL AIR:
There is NO air conditioning in this home. Open the windows to create a cross breeze of cool mountain air. There is a portable fan in each bedroom.
THERMOSTATS:
This home has five thermostats controlling the baseboard heaters—one in the master bedroom, two in the upstairs bedroom, one in the kitchen/dining area, and one in the living room. Do not place clothing on heaters, as this is a fire hazard. When checking out, set all thermostats to 60 degrees.
TALKING TRASH:
Trash bags are provided under the kitchen sink. When the kitchen trash is full, please take the bagged trash to the compactor next to the clubhouse during your stay.
LIGHT BULBS & BATTERIES:
Extra batteries are in the kitchen cabinet above the microwave. For hard-to-reach ceiling lights, please contact us, and let us know if you’d like it done during your stay or after check-out. Be sure to include the property name in your email.
EMERGENCIES:
There is a FIRE EXTINGUISHER and FIRST AID KIT under the kitchen sink.
