Your Nantucket dream vacation begins at this phenomenal estate, featuring a Main House (7 bedrooms), a Carriage House (2 bedrooms + 1 bedroom apartment), and a Pool Cabana (Queen sofa). It's the perfect getaway for multiple families vacationing together on one property while enjoying the privacy of separate spaces. Our backyard features a pool, a hot tub, a large lawn, and an outdoor fire pit, perfect for balmy summer nights.

The estate is newly-built and beautifully designed with Nantucket coastal vibes, inviting you to drop-in to island time as soon as you open the front door. Best of all? It is THE ideal location on the island. It's a 5 minute walk to Steps Beach, a 10 minute walk to Something Natural, a 15 minute walk to town, and sits just down the road from the bike path out to Dionis and Madaket.

The Main House:
When you enter, the first floor has you at hello! With shades of blue and playful patterns, the decor is both beachy and luxurious. On this floor you'll find a large sun-filled living room and kitchen, a relaxing library den with a TV, and a beautiful powder room and mudroom. The spacious kitchen with a double dishwasher is ideal for entertaining. And the back wall folds away to allow true indoor/outdoor living flowing out to the large outdoor deck (with retractable screens), pool, fire pit, pool cabana, kids play structure, and a lawn-game-ready backyard.

Upstairs features 4 bedrooms, including a Master King Suite with a deck overlooking the backyard, a Queen Guest Bedroom, 2 Kids Bedrooms, and an upstairs laundry. The sunny lower level features a Master King Suite, a Queen Guest Bedroom, a Bunk Room that kids adore, a Game Nook, a Fitness Room, and laundry area. The Fitness Room has a Peloton bike, weights, and yoga mats for any exercise enthusiasts. And the deep, oversized couch and large TV on this floor is a favorite spot to curl up for movie night!

The Carriage House:
Sitting at the front of the property, the Carriage House can provide privacy from the Main House, or a reprieve for those guests wanting a quieter stay from the main hub! It features a Master Queen Bedroom and a Kids Bedroom (2 twins and a twin pullout) on the top floor, a kitchen, laundry, and TV on the main floor, and a one-bedroom basement suite with a separate entrance and its own kitchenette and laundry.

The Pool Cabana:
This sweet spot sits at the back of the property, with folding doors that open up facing the pool. Guests can chill out inside the breezy space while taking a break from the sun. The Cabana offers a queen-sized pull-out couch with a memory foam mattress and a full bath with shower, so it can also be used as a separate guest unit. It also has a desk and wifi router, for anyone needing a quiet office to make work calls.

We also have beach chairs, a beach canopy for shade, boogie boards, and sand toys for our guests to enjoy!
