One Bedroom Bayside Condo

Condo #333 is a one bedroom condo that features inviting nautical décor with tropical bedding on the king-size bed, pastel walls, seashell lamps, and beach-inspired accents that create the feel of a Florida getaway. The living room and bedroom are carpeted, while the fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and entryways feature tile floors for easy care. Guests can enjoy relaxing indoors with Wi-Fi, central heat and air, TVs with DVD players in both the living room and bedroom, and comfortable recliners. A gas fireplace adds cozy ambiance, and the dining table for four offers views of the deck and bay. The unit also includes a stackable washer and dryer for guest use, as well as a pull-out sofa for extra sleeping space. Outside, a wooden walkway leads to the front door, while another door opens onto a spacious deck equipped with a gas grill, dining table, anti-gravity chairs, and views of the bay with both sunny and shaded areas for lounging, reading, or sunbathing. Fishing is available right from the bank of Barkley Lake at the edge of the property—a perfect perk for anglers. Parking is conveniently located in front of the condo, and the unit is just steps from one of three pools and a short drive or golf cart ride to the spa, health club, shops, live theater, and restaurants in Grand Rivers, the Village Between the Lakes. Please note: this is a non-smoking, no-pets unit. While it is thoroughly cleaned, the owner is a pet owner, so we cannot guarantee it is completely allergen- or dander-free.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I live locally, but my cousins came down from Wisconsin so we could have a fun girls weekend!! They absolutely loved GTB and all the beautiful scenery and amenities. Grand Rivers did not disappoint. They loved Patti's also!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was neat and clean. In mid April the area was very quiet. Loved sitting on the deck watching the squirrels and the bay. We had no issues with the condo, except I wish there were tissues available and a safety grab bar in the shower.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Green Turtle Bay once again met our desire for a relaxing stay with a lake view. Unit 333 with its deck and lake view made for an enjoyable experience. It was clean and furnished nicely. We hope to return in the fall. We had a delicious lunch at the Gristmill and enjoyed sandwiches at the restaurant just down from the ice cream business.
