The living space has spectacular views with floor-to-ceiling windows! The comfortable living space has a sleeper sofa and loveseat and a mounted flat-screen TV. The spacious living area and kitchen. Enjoy sunrise and sunset views on the large private oceanfront balcony with plenty of seating! The open concept living space features a dining area with seating for four at the table and additional seating for four at the kitchen bar. The unit has a washer and dryer for your convenience.

Wake up to the ocean views from the wall of windows in the peaceful main bedroom featuring a king-size bed. The main bedroom has a mounted flat-screen TV and access to the private balcony. Guest Access:
Welcome to Lighthouse! The complex DOES require parking passes. The complex charges $50/parking pass and limits TWO vehicles per condo. You will need to check in at the office (located on the 2nd Floor) to purchase the parking passes and receive wristbands.

Wristbands are required to be worn at all pools, hot tubs, and the fitness center March-October.
