This inviting three-bedroom retreat offers stunning views of the lake, allowing you to unwind and connect with nature. Inside, you will find rustic charm combined with modern comforts, including a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living space and fully finished basement that is perfect for kids to enjoy. This house sleeps a total of 11 people.

🚭 No Smoking
Smoking is not allowed inside the home. Please use designated outdoor areas if you wish to smoke.

🐾 No Pets
Unfortunately, we can't accommodate pets at this time. We love animals, but this space is not pet-friendly.

🎉 No Parties or Events
Please no parties or events, and quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.

🤫 Respect the Neighbors
Be mindful of the neighbors and keep noise levels down, especially in the evening.

👫 Additional Guests
Only registered guests are allowed on the property at all times.

🚗 Parking
Please park in the designated areas only. Details will be provided prior to arrival.

🚤 Use of Lake & Dock
Please be respectful and cautious while using the lake and dock area. Remember, it's a shared space, and safety always comes first!

🚤 Boat Parking
Boats can be temporarily docked during the day, but they are not allowed to park overnight for liability purposes. Please make arrangements for docking prior to your arrival.

👶 Children must be supervised at all times — especially near the dock and water. The lakefront area is not childproof, and safety is our top priority. Please keep a close eye on little ones at all times.

🎆 No fireworks allowed — This includes sparklers, firecrackers, or any other pyrotechnics. For the safety of our guests, neighbors, and the natural surroundings, fireworks are strictly prohibited.
