KITCHEN
Crafted for connection and creativity, this fully equipped kitchen has everything you need—whether you`re tossing together a quick snack or cooking up a family feast. The oversized island, with seating for six, invites everyone to gather around, share stories, and savor good food and great company.

SLEEPING
Snuggle up in one of two comfy queen beds—each thoughtfully prepared for a peaceful night’s sleep. For additional guests, the living room features a queen sofa bed that’s just as inviting. Every bed is outfitted with soft linens, plush duvets, and plenty of pillows, making it easy to drift off and wake up refreshed, ready for another day of adventure.

BATHROOMS
Each bathroom is designed with comfort and ease in mind, featuring a full four-piece layout with both a bath and shower. You`ll find soft, fluffy towels and premium toiletries—shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand wash—all generously provided to make your stay feel refreshingly effortless.

LAUNDRY

CANCELLATION POLICY - MODERATE
*100% refund for cancellations up to 30 days before arrival. (Less credit card processing fee. See details below).
* 50% refund for cancellations up to 14 days before arrival.

CANCELLATION CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEES
* Original Transaction Processing Fees: Stripe`s processing fees from the original transaction will not be returned. These fees are non-refundable.
* Refund Issuance Fees: There will be an additional charge of 2% + $0.30 for issuing refunds, as per Stripe`s refund policy.
* Hostaway Application Fee: Hostaway imposes a 1% fee of the total reservation cost for processing cancellations.
