Inside, you'll find two comfortable beds, soft coastal décor, and an open layout that makes the space feel airy and spacious. Large windows fill the room with natural light and offer real views of the beach and Gulf, giving you that peaceful coastal feel from the moment you wake up.
The fully equipped kitchenette includes a stove, microwave, full-size fridge, toaster, blender, and coffee makerâperfect for simple meals, snacks, or beach-day prep. A dedicated dining area gives you space to enjoy meals, work remotely, or plan your dayâs adventures.
The bathroom is clean, bright, and functional, with fresh finishes and everything you need to get ready for a day in the sun.
Guests love the easy beach access, the convenience of being just steps from the sand, and the onsite beachfront pool overlooking the Gulf. Youâll also enjoy fast WiFi, onsite parking, and a location close to restaurants, attractions, and everything Panama City Beach has to offer.

To keep things comfortable for everyone in the building, please note: registered guests only and no parties or events. No smoking or vaping inside the condo or on the balcony. Pets are not allowed. Parking is limited to designated Fontainebleau areas and a parking pass must be displayed at all times; towing is managed by the building. Pool and common areas require wristbands, which must be returned at check-out to avoid a replacement fee. Please rinse sand off outside before coming in, avoid moving furniture, and supervise children on the balcony and around the pool. At departure, take out trash, start any used dishes in the sink or dishwasher if available, set the A/C to a reasonable temperature, and lock the door behind you. Full check-in and check-out details are included in your welcome guide after booking.
