Pool & Spa Maintenance
-Professionally Cleaned Twice a Week – The pool and spa are professionally serviced twice a week to maintain cleanliness and water quality.
-Robot Pool Cleaner Provided – We provide a robot pool cleaner to help keep the pool tidy between professional cleanings.
-Leaf Maintenance – The backyard features mature oak trees over 30 years old, which add to the beauty of the space but naturally shed leaves into the pool. While we do our best to keep the pool clear, you may notice some leaves between cleanings. We provide pool cleaning tools and a robotic pool cleaner for your convenience.

-Important: Please ensure the robot pool cleaner remains inside the pool when not in use to keep it functioning properly.

Spa & Pool Heating Policy

Spa Heating Available ($30 Per Day) – If you’d like to heat the spa, there is a $30 per day fee for your stay. Please confirm before arrival, and we will send a payment request through Airbnb. Once payment is received, we will provide the instructions and access to activate the spa heat.

Pool Heating Available Upon Request – The pool is not heated by default, as it requires a large amount of propane. If you are interested in heating the pool, we can accommodate for an additional fee.

All heating requests must be arranged and paid through VRBO before activation.

House Rules & Policies
Maximum occupancy: 12 guests

No unregistered guests allowed. A $50/night fee applies for unauthorized guests.

Quiet hours: 10 PM to 7 AM. Please respect the neighbors.

Only park in the designated driveway and street space in front of the home

Fire pit: firewood or fire logs only – no lighter fluid or accelerants

Spa heat is available via propane at $30 per day; pool is not heated, please reach out if you would like pool heating as a separate cost

Glassware is not permitted near the pool for safety reasons

Wi-Fi is complimentary, but no refunds will be provided for outages outside of the host’s control
