The Space:
Living room: With an elevated ceiling, open floor plan, plenty of seating, board games, and a smart TV, this is the perfect room for relaxing during your stay.
Kitchen: Explore your love of cooking in a fully stocked kitchen! Appliances include a toaster, microwave, refrigerator, oven, and coffee maker.
Bedroom 1: The Master Bedroom features a King-sized bed and an en suite full bathroom.
Bedroom 2: The second bedroom functions as a family room and features a Single over Single bunk bed with a pull out Single bed.
Carport: Covered parking for two cars. Note that the height of the carport is 80 inches (6 ft 8 inches) tall.
Outdoors: Step out to the back deck with freshly brewed coffee and enjoy comfortable outdoor seating as you soak in the morning views.
Lockable Bike Storage: Lockable bike storage with tools to work on bikes located beneath the house. Available upon request.
Local attractions: Direct access to the Little Sugar Trail system & a 20 minute drive to Downtown Bentonville!
***Please be advised there is only parking for two cars MAX and enough space in the home for 5 adult guests MAX. Any extra guests will be asked to leave. Any extra cars at the property will have to be moved.***

smart lock on the front door. Guests receive check-in information, including address and smart
lock code, on the day of check-in.
