The property also includes a washer and dryer in the lower-level as well available for guest use and a third full-bathroom with stand-up shower on the main-level.

The entire property is yours. You have access to the beach via the tram. You have your own private parking garage for one spot and two additional spots in the driveway. Please note street parking is strictly prohibited and enforced.
