Tucked away in the charming Twin Oaks neighborhood, you’re just a short stroll from the beach, premier golf courses, local dining & a nearby playground. Begin your mornings with coffee on the screened back porch and spend evenings playing ping pong & corn hole. Whether you're hitting the beach or the fairway, this beach home is walking distance to everything you need for the perfect island escape!

We are committed to creating a curated, thoughtful stay where every detail is designed to make your visit to Charleston as charming and memorable as possible. Our boutique approach means you’ll feel cared for from check-in to check-out.

KITCHEN & LIVING AREA
The newly renovated kitchen is fully equipped for all your culinary needs and features beautiful white marble counter tops. Complimentary coffee/K-Cups and all the fixings are provided for the drip/Keurig combo coffee maker.
The open concept dining and living area have an abundance of natural light from the windows and french doors that lead out to the back screened-in porch.
Enjoy your meals in the dining area with seating for up to 6 people. Lounge in the living room on the brand new couch and arm chairs while you watch your desired streaming platform on the smart TV.
BEDROOMS
Bedroom #1, the primary bedroom, features a king bed with smart TV, a walk-in closet, a newly renovated ensuite full bath with a tiled shower, and private access to the screened in porch.
Bedroom #2 includes a queen bed, smart TV, and a dresser and closet for clothing storage.
Bedroom #3 consists of a queen bed, smart TV, a dresser and closet for clothing storage, and private access to the back deck through french doors.
BATHROOMS
Bathroom #1 is a a newly renovated ensuite bathroom to the primary bedroom with a tiled shower and double vanity.
Bathroom #2 is located in the hallway between bedroom #2 and bedroom #3. Also newly renovated, it features a shower/tub combo with tiled walls and a single vanity.
SCREENED-IN PORCH
There is a relaxing screened in porch area complete with a cozy seating area and 6-person dining table.
DECK
Off the screened-in porch is the deck where the gas grill and stairs down to the backyard are located.
GARAGE
The open air garage under the home can conveniently fit up to 4 vehicles (2 on each side). There is a ping pong table located in the back of the garage for some at-home fun!
BACKYARD
The backyard is perfect for a corn hole match! Boards and bags are provided and stored in the garage. You can access the backyard easily from the stairs of the back deck or through the garage.
