Magnifiquement meublé 1br 1ba condominium situé dans le bâtiment Luna di Lusso du lac Las Vegas (LLV) Village. Adresse: 29 Montelago Blvd # 350, Henderson, NV 89011. Cette unité a de hauts plafonds avec une vue parfaite sur le lac. Il y a un lit king size dans la chambre et un canapé-lit dans le salon. Le patio ombragé orienté au nord avec table et chaises vous permettra de vous détendre et de profiter de la vue sur le lac, le parcours de golf (Reflection Bay Hole 17 vue depuis le balcon!), palmiers et prestigieuse communauté LLV. Lieu offre la paix et la tranquillité, loin de la piscine et du bruit du village. La kitchenette est équipée d’un four à micro-ondes à convection et d’une plaque de cuisson à induction avec deux brûleurs, d’un réfrigérateur compact, d’une cafetière électrique, d’assiettes, de verres à couverts et d’un grille-pain. Des articles de base comme des serviettes, du savon et du shampoing sont également inclus. Internet haut débit sans fil gratuit, télévision Roku (films Netflix, Amazon Prime et PLEX gratuits!) et Dish TV par satellite sont inclus. Téléviseurs à écran plat sont inclus dans le salon et la chambre. Entièrement approvisionné salle de fitness offre une vue magnifique sur LLV Village. Excellent location!

The property was very clean and had a nice kitchenette. I also appreciated it was 30 minutes from Las Vegas in one direction, and 15 minutes from Lake Mead Recreation center. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location

My daughter had a dance competition at the Hilton next door. It was nice to have a quiet place to stay, and it was super convenient! Just a short walk to Hilton and all the shops and restaurants. The condo itself was roomy, all we needed and just perfect.

Great getaway

Numerous activities in which to engage in the surrounding area. Unit was clean and fit our needs nicely. Could use a little updating. Indoor parking was convenient. Hosts were very helpful answering our few questions. Would stay there again.

Away from Vegas craziness

Property is short drive to Hoover Dam. 20 minutes to Vegas. Henderson has some good meal ops. We were before high season so not sure what the true level of occupancy is at the village.

Love Lake Las Vegas!

The location is excellent. Loved watching the sunrise in the morning from the patio! We loved having everything we needed/wanted within walking distance. The condo was very clean. The only issue we had was the mattress, it was the hardest, firmest mattress we have ever encountered, we did not sleep well.

Thank you for your review. Sorry about the mattress being firmer than desired. This is the first complaint that we have received about it. We have actually had some guests say it was very comfortable. Unfortunately this is a matter of preference, but we do apologize for the inconvenience!

Lovely area

We spent a couple of weeks at LLV. A little oasis in the desert. The condo is small, but does have a door to the bedroom. Probably not recommended for longer stays. Good facilities for washing and fitness. We golfed in Boulder City as it was close by and easy to get to.

Beautiful Lake Las Vegas

Enjoyed our stay here for 2 weeks. The view from your balcony is beautiful. The grounds are beautiful as well. Lovely walking paths. Close to all sorts of attractions. We visited Death Valley in CA, Lake Mead and Hoover Dam and Valley of Fire. Vegas is a 30 minute drive. Henderson has all the restaurants you would want. The condo is clean. Would love some new pillows on couch and bed though. The black out curtains on the windows are a nice touch. The owners are quick to respond. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

My 4th visit to the complex

This was my fourth stay in the complex, first in the east tower. When I stay at places. I pray that the property is clean and the beds are comfortable. This unit passed easily. It also had great views and easy access to the village. Though the workout area and laundry room were in the west tower, making the walk somewhat longer, this unit's bed was the best so far, making the walk worth it to me.The bathroom needs some updating and probably the electronics as well, but the positives so outweigh the minor issues that i would definately stay here again.

Lake Las Vegas - Luna di Lusso

Great condo with a nice view of Lake Las Vegas. Condo was clean, very quiet, and peaceful. Underground parking was great, especially as it was warm 85 - 90 degrees when we were there. Shopping and restaurants are close by in the City of Henderson. Great location for day trip adventures such as the Valley of Fire, Clark County Wetlands Nature Preserve, Lake Mead, and the town of Nelson, NV. The only issue we had was that the garbage disposal did not work. Management was notified and will be fixing. All in all, this is a great place to stay especially if you are looking for a quiet place away from the hustle and bustle of Las Vegas.

Beautiful view!

We stayed here for a 3 day conference that we attended at the Hilton. We liked that it was walking distance to the conference. We loved the view from the balcony. Overall the condo was nice. We liked that it was cheaper price than the Hilton and we could cook all our meals there, which saved us even more money. The fridge had enough space for our food. Owners were always helpful when we contacted them. Now for some of the cons, which as a disclaimer, we didn't have time during the business hours to contact the office about our concerns. The bathtub does not have a way to stop up the water. I tried several different ways. The room wasn't stocked with washcloths, hand towels, can opener and could use a few more basic utensils. I know it is located on the 3rd floor, but the patio door doesn't lock, which made me feel uneasy. The last, the bed wasn't very comfortable. It has a plastic/vinyl protector on the mattress that made it really hot and made noise everytime you moved around on it. It was really hard to sleep on it. We came home a night early, a big part of the reason was not being able to sleep well on the bed. As far as recommending it, I would tell people to keep it as an option if they were going to Henderson.

Hi Magan Thank you for your review. We have addressed the bathroom drain stop issue by purchasing a new plug. Sorry that the one we had there before was gone. We have also added more towels to the bathroom, including hand towels and wash cloths. The comfort of the bed is usually a matter of preference and tough to address. However, we have replaced the bed padding that now makes the bed softer. Thank you again and we would love to have you back as our guest to see the improvements made as a result of your feedback. Little Gem in the Desert

We spent four nights in this lovely little suite in early December. It had everything we needed for a comfortable weekend get away. It was quiet and everyone we encountered was very friendly. I had a few questions and messaged the owner and he was very quick to respond. I don't know how we never knew about Lake Las Vegas before. It's a hidden little gem in the desert. It was a great find and we will be going back in the future. Very Nice Stay! There is a bridge right next to the Luna di Lusso that allows you to walk over into the Village. The Village has a little grocery/deli and several restaurants, as well as a place to rent water toys. The Casino was shut down but I am sure that was due to CoVid having tourism down. On Thursday night's there is a fun little Farmer's Market in the Village. The night we arrived was the Farmer's Market and they had a band playing Christmas music on the stage by the lake and the Village was all lit up for the holidays.
