When you head upstairs to the master bedroom with a wonderful king bed and its own ensuite bath, you have another balcony that overlooks the Gulf of America. Imagine waking up to that view and having your morning coffee while watching the waves. You have another guest bedroom across the hall with a king bed and views of Lake Powell. You have a full hall bath with a shower right outside your door. Off of your full kitchen you have a wonderful laundry room with storage. You have wonderful, updated appliances and fixtures throughout this unit. No expense has been spared for your comfort. The owner has added complimentary beach chair (2 chairs) and an umbrella for the season, from March 1st - October 31st for your enjoyment.
