Spacious 5-bedroom/3 bath LODGE, Located between Fort Ransom, ND & Lisbon, ND

Located a short distance from scenic Fort Ransom, ND, Dragon Creek Ranch is nestled in the heart of the Sheyenne River Valley. The property is just over 500 acres and is characterized by rolling hills, oak woodlands, open grasslands, lush ravines, clear-running creeks and thick cattail sloughs. As a result, this beautiful ranch provides diverse habitat for our big bodied northern whitetails and massive elk bulls, as well as other wildlife. The property is used as a private hunting ranch during the fall and winder months, but during the spring and summer, the property is all yours! We also raise whitetail deer, fallow deer and elk so you can take some wonderful wildlife pictures! If bird watching is more your thing, we have plenty of Rock Wrens, Turkey Vultures, Sprague's Pipit and Spotted Towhee, just to name a few.

The lodge is located INSIDE the preserve so you will be able so see these animals walk by as you are sitting at the dinning room table through our huge windows that show off the property. This is a beautiful place inside and out. The lodge is two levels with 5 bedrooms and 3 baths, washer/dryer, microwave, free Wi-Fi, large kitchen table that seats 8, gas fireplace, smart tvs in each room upstairs, 75 inch tv in the upstairs living room and 75 inch tv in the basement living room, cooking utensils, pot, pans, dishes, coffee maker, coffee grinder, etc. There is also a very large deck along the back side for those summer nights and a very large firepit located on the ground level behind the lodge that is available for your use.

** APOLOGY: The lodge is also a work in progress! We are still working on some of the finishing touches in the basement, deck, garage and landscaping of the property. We opened the lodge in 2022 and my husband and I are the contractors. So, we get it done when we can. We hope to add heaters and deck furniture on the deck in the near future. We are also adding rock along the concrete basement walls outside and a small deck for the side door. As of now, there is nothing there but the lodge is still easily accessible by the garage. In 2026-27 we hope to add a hot tub under the deck in a 4-season room. Also, more outdoor furniture (swings, etc), heaters and another firepit will be added to the area in front of the 4-season room - hopefully by 2028. I will add updated pictures as the projects are completed. **
