Excellent location.

We had a great time. The location to the beach, pool and local restaurants/grocery store were very convenient. I would highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful spot right on the beach

Great 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom place right by the pool and so close to the beach. It was such a nice place to relax by the beach. Very clean & the kitchen was stocked with great pots and pans, mixing bowls and everything you’d need to cook and grill there! Super nice & would stay again!

A GREAT Place to Stay

The owners have made it seem like it was our home. Every convenience needed is there. The 3 BR, 3 Bath layout fit our group to a tee. I was most impressed by how much the owners cared about their condo . . . the best in the complex! THANK YOU! Gary

Beautiful condo and great location

Spent a beautiful week at Romar Place- unit 101. The ground floor convenience can’t be beat. We were steps from the pool and the beach. Great family area and convenient location to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. The beds were comfortable and loved having a bathroom for each room. Only very small complaint was that there was only one very small frying pan and no utensils for the outdoor grill.

Perfect Stay!

We stayed 4 nights in July. The AC worked extremely well! There were fans in the bedrooms. Very clean and the beds and especially the pillows were comfy. The little things made it especially nice like having coffee for the 1st morning and you haven’t had time to go to the store yet. Super pet friendly with no carpet, and it was Nice that it was a bottom floor unit which made it very convenient to walk the dog. Stairs are the worst at 5am! We cooked a couple times while there, and the kitchen had all the basics. We’re at Pine Needles a lot for tournmanets, so we’ll definitely be back.

Great property, location is the selling point.

The location and property are superb, but this unit had some downfalls. Communication was difficult with property owner, as requests for pillow cases were never fulfilled throughout the stay. There were not enough cases for the pillows that were provided for the sleeper sofa, nor in the bedroom closets. There was mold present on one bedroom AC vent, already addressed this with owner. Usual response time was delayed throughout booking process, making planning difficult.
