This is an adult community for persons 55 years of age. Those under the age of 19 may be permitted to visit for a period not to exceed 30 days in any calendar year.

Village IDs are not required to occupy a home, however, if you would like to enjoy some of the many amenities available to you as a renter (including the pool), you will need a Villages ID. If requested, IDs will be available for you to pick up at the Brownwood Sales Center.

As a courtesy, the Villages Daily Sun will be delivered daily, if requested.

Check in time is 4:00 p.m. and check out time is 9:00 a.m.

Of note: Golf cart is available for use as a courtesy. If for any reason the cart does not function mechanically, you will not be given a replacement. You will be responsible for renting your own cart.
