This was one of our all time favorite short term rentals. It was super clean, great location, loaded with amenities and super comfortable, just like home. The hosts, Dick and Margo were so nice!!!!
Very nice place! We loved how it felt like we were staying at our Grandma's house. It was quiet and the bed was amazing! Enjoyed Ketchikan that much more because our our VRBO. Thank you for having such a great place for guests to stay!
We enjoyed our stay here greatly. Met one owner and spoke to the other owner over the phone. Super nice people. The home has an older decor style, but it is tastefully and well done. Very clean and in excellent condition. We were welcomed by a basket of fruit and freshly baked cookies on the kitchen counter! That was a first for me. The cookies were delicious. Beautiful artwork hangs in every room, painted by the homeowner himself. Tons of storage available thru out. Beds are very soft. Comfortable to me and friend, but may be too soft for some. Lamps everywhere for those who want to read and relax. They offer a patio and BBQ out front. Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate, so we never were able to take advantage of it. Overall, a great stay. We plan on coming back in a couple of years, and expect to book this same place.
Love the beautiful real solid wood built-in cabinets. Comfortable beds, kitchen well stocked, location is just 3 short blocks up from a rental car agency & Safeway. Superb upkeep on this older home. Artwork by the owner & excellent suggestions on what to do and see while there. Will stay again if ever back in Ketchikan. Quyana
