Inside, you'll find everything you need to cook your own meals, a cozy fireplace to warm up by, and a jacuzzi tub for ultimate relaxation. Conveniently situated right off Bow Valley Trail, this condo is within walking distance to fantastic restaurants, amenities, and even downtown Canmore.
With one free underground secured parking stall and additional outdoor parking available, getting around is easy. Plus, it's only a 20-minute drive to Banff, making it a fantastic base for exploring the Canadian Rockies.
Offering great value for a well-located Canmore stay, this unit is perfect for couples, solo travelers, or small families looking for comfort, convenience, and stunning scenery.

The apartment includes a spacious bedroom with a king bed and a deskâperfect for working from home. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook, along with a dining table for meals. The entryway is quite spacious, providing ample room to store your suitcases or ski gear. Additionally, there is one private stall in the heated parkade, with a garage height of 6'1". You will also have access to a washer and dryer in the unit,

Access instructions for the different areas are as follows: - A code will be provided for access to the parkade. - To enter the apartment, you will be given a four-digit code. Ahead of your stay, we'll supply you with an online guest manual packed with exclusive discounts from nearby businesses and thorough details about the unit. You will receive the check-in instructions five days before your scheduled arrival date. Check-in time is 4:00 pm Check-out time is 10:00 am
