ADORABLE apartment
I truly enjoyed my stay at this apartment. It's incredibly cute and convenient and located in a safe neighborhood. Also, the kitchen was well-stocked with pots, pans, and all sorts of cooking utensils allowing me to easily cook some of my meals. Communication was reasonable but not great: Because it was their first time on Vrbo, they were unaware that I had booked so the night before I arrived, I messaged them here to request check-in info. When I hadn't heard back by morning, I messaged them on a different site (where they had the same listing). I then called and texted on Whatsapp and heard back within 20 minutes. They had double booked on airbnb but chose to honor my reservation as I was arriving in a few hours and the other reservation was for the next day - for which I was very grateful, again this apartment is lovely. I also had to sometimes repeat requests (sending follow--ups about whether the water was potable and receiving more toilet paper & garbage bags). The internet went out a couple of nights in a row so they brought in the company and fixed that so it should hopefully not be an issue again. Overall an excellent stay and I highly recommend this space!
