It is well equipped with brand-new appliances including a stove and refrigerator, a toaster, coffee machine, and blender. Cookware and dishes are provided for your convenience.

Gather around the round dining table that comfortably seats up to six guests. Perfect for sharing meals, playing games, or enjoying a cup of coffee, this table is where you`ll create wonderful memories with your loved ones.

BEDROOMS

Bedroom 1: Contemporary bunk bed with minimalist design, including a nightstand and a spacious closet for your storage needs.

Bedroom 2/Master: Step into your serene master bedroom, designed for ultimate comfort and relaxation. Featuring a comfortable queen-size bed with soft, luxurious bedding, it’s the perfect spot to unwind after a long day. Plush rugs add warmth and texture, while gorgeous accents throughout the room create a stylish, inviting atmosphere. It features a large flat-screen TV, perfect for catching up on your favorite shows; a small seating area; and a spacious closet for all your storage needs.

BATHROOM

This inviting bathroom includes a tub/shower combination, a single vanity with a mirror, and a toilet. For added convenience, the room is stocked with essential toiletries and high-quality towels, as well as a blow dryer.

LAUNDRY

The laundry room is fully stocked with a washer, dryer, and detergent. Iron and iron board.

PARKING

Street parking only. Parking is tough but you should be able to find parking in the streets around the unit.
Please respect designated parking areas and follow all parking signs to avoid any inconvenience. Unauthorized parking may result in towing or fine by the city.
We appreciate your cooperation.

PLEASE NOTE

To ensure a comfortable, safe, and enjoyable stay for all guests, we’ve implemented the following guidelines:

- No parties, gatherings, loud music, and smoking are allowed at the property.

- The use of drugs, including marijuana and other substances, is strictly prohibited both inside and outside the property. Please be aware that marijuana detectors are in use throughout the property. For security reasons, a camera is installed outside the entryway, and noise and smoke monitoring devices are also in place within the apartment.

- All guests are subject to additional screening.
- Security Deposit: A deposit equal to 10% of the reservation total will be charged and held securely. It will be fully refunded 48 hours after checkout if the property is left in good condition and all house rules are followed.


HOUSE RULES

- Check-in 4:00 PM/ check-out 10:00 AM.

- Quiet time is from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM.

- A maximum of 4 guests are allowed stay at this property. Any extra guest will be charged a fee of $45.

- Any property damage will be charged to the guest. If the property is left extremely dirty, an additional cleaning fee will apply.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

- In order to ensure an enjoyable stay for our guests, we ask that you follow the house rules; failure to comply may result in cancellation of your booking with no refund.

- We do provide basic amenities such as toiletries, paper towels, and essentials to get you started. However, if you’re planning an extended weekend stay or visiting with a larger group, we recommend picking up some extra supplies to ensure you have everything you need throughout your stay.

- Ask us about cleaning services during your stay; we’d love to help!
HOUSE RULES: Guest agrees to maintain the Property in good condition and comply with all applicable laws. Guest is responsible for the actions of all occupants and visitors. The following rules apply:

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS: Parties, events, or loud music are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in a $500 fee and immediate eviction without refund.

QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Excessive noise at any time may result in a $500 fee and eviction.

NO SMOKING: Smoking is not permitted inside the Property or in any enclosed areas. Violations will result in a $500 cleaning fee.

POOL/HOT TUB USE (IF APPLICABLE): Use of the pool or hot tub is at Guest’s own risk. No diving is permitted. Use is limited to registered guests only. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

CARE OF PROPERTY: Guest agrees to promptly report any maintenance or safety issues. Do not tamper with unauthorized equipment. Furniture, décor, and equipment must not be moved or rearranged without prior written approval. Unauthorized movement of furniture will result in a $250 fee.

CLEANING: Basic cleaning is included. Excessive cleaning beyond normal use will be charged to the security deposit. Additional mid-stay cleaning is available upon request for a fee.

AMENITIES: A starter supply of toiletries, paper products, and detergents is provided to help you settle in comfortably. If you`re traveling with a larger group or staying for an extended period, you may wish to pick up a few extra essentials during your stay. We’re also happy to restock items for you—just let us know in advance and we can arrange it for a fee.

LOST KEYS: Lost keys or access devices will incur a $300 replacement fee.

PHOTOGRAPHY/COMMERCIAL USE: The Property is for residential vacation use only. No commercial photography, filming, or events without written approval.

CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES: Departure is required by 10:00 AM. Return furniture to original positions, empty trash, remove food from refrigerator and cabinets, load and start dishwasher, and place used linens and towels in the laundry area.

MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS: The Management Company will address reported issues promptly but does not guarantee all equipment will function perfectly at all times. No refunds or adjustments will be made for appliance or equipment failures.

FORCE MAJEURE: The Management Company is not responsible for events beyond its control (e.g., weather, utility outages, construction, or pandemics). No refunds will be issued for such interruptions.

This host has great communication. The pad is just as cozy as the host describes, clean, tastefully decorated, and fully equipped with everything a family might need to feel at home, including wifi access. It makes a great base for exploring, especially given its location at the center of many local sights. That said, the surrounding neighborhood is quite urban: it's noisy, a bit rough around the edges, and parking can be a real challenge. These are trade-offs to keep in mind when considering a stay here.

Place is exactly as described in the pictures, clean with updated appliances. BUT its in an area which did not feel safe at all and no easy parking. Positives - Place was neat and clean. Interiors were exactly as shown in the pictures. Owner was communicative. Beds were good. Some pillows could have been better. Ample lighting. Overall, very nice interiors.Big Negatives- Place is in a very shady locality which felt very unsafe. Neighborhood is not very clean as well. People keep shouting.- Parking is very hard to find in the area. Especially difficult if you are coming in the night, you will have to go around the block or a few blocks to search for parking in an unsafe area- Owner gave instructions to find keys in a lockbox which has a pin. But the lockbox was not in a good condition, so it wouldn't open easily. After trying normally for some time, had to yank it to open it. Not a good experience.- There were 3 units in the house and owner didn't tell which unit was this. Had to knock on a wrong door, talk to a neighbor in the middle of the night to understand which unit it was. Super bad experience- Owner didn't give wifi details initially unless I has to ask for it. Small issue but still inconvenient.- There was no hand soap in the bathroom. - The backyard was full of weed coming till the door, not maintained. The door to the backyard was directly in the room with no mesh door, so the moment I opened it, I felt insects could just come in.

Amenities: We’ve introduced a checklist for our cleaning team to ensure essentials like hand soap and toiletries are always stocked prior to each stay. Backyard: Please note, the backyard is not part of the guest space, but we ensure it is maintained regularly for overall property upkeep.
