Palm Palace, villa with pool & dock on canal

Built in 1999 and completely renovated and refurbished in 2013/2014/2023, the Villa "Palm Palace" offers a spacious open architecture with 3 bedrooms (2x King, 1x Queen size bed) and 3 bathrooms with ample space to feel comfortable and enjoy up to 6 people on 2136 square feet of living space.
With our heated pool and hot tub (SPA without bubbles) you can enjoy the comforts of a 5 star hotel.
The wonderful, subtropical garden with its large and numerous palm trees gives the luxurious holiday home its name. In the front part of the property an avenue of royal palms lines the property. In the back, more tropical palm trees protect the property from curious glances. With its west-facing location, you can enjoy the warm Florida sun from late in the morning until late in the evening.
Take advantage of our numerous lounge chairs by the pool or on the boat deck and tan as much as you like.
We regularly spend our holidays here ourselves and the house is therefore equipped with everything we and our guests need for a relaxing holiday. This includes oversized flat screens in each bedroom with HULU Live TV, ESPN+ and Disney+, a 50' flat screen with sound bar in the living room, a large BBQ grill with four burners on the patio, washing machine and dryer and wireless high speed internet on the entire property.
The fully air-conditioned vacation home also has a very extensively equipped kitchen with pots, pans, mixer, toaster, crockery, coffee machine, oven, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker and many utensils for everyday use. For a convivial get-together there are also numerous board games, DVDs, books and magazines available in our house.
And if you want to do some sports, you can also use the treadmill.
With our loving design of the outdoor facilities and the tasteful interior, the 'Florida feeling' is guaranteed. Situated in the popular southwest of Cape Coral, south of the Cape Coral Parkways, this holiday home is located in a quiet side street and close to many important facilities for daily needs such as supermarkets, restaurants and shops.
A private dock on our canal with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico can be used to take your own boat for an excursion. If required we offer different boats for rent. Explore the many islands just outside Cape Coral, sunbathe on one of the many beaches of Sanibel Island or Fort Myers Beach or start your fishing trip directly from your own dock.
Also for a beach visit everything is ready. Beach chairs and sunbeds, coolers, toys for the children and parasols. There is even a mobile baby cot and car seats for the little ones. Three bicycles and 2 kayaks are also available for sporting activities.
All electricity costs are already included in the rent.
The owner has parked his own car in the garage. No other car can be parked in the garage at this time. Thank you for your understanding.
