** Les mises à jour pour la saison 2019 comprennent: de nouveaux meubles dans l'espace de vie Oceanside, un nouveau téléviseur à écran plat de 50 pouces et tous les nouveaux matelas! Les propriétaires ont également mis à niveau l'une des chambres de la reine en une chambre king avec tous les nouveaux meubles de la chambre. Images mises à jour à venir.

retraite Wrightsville Beach !! Cette maison de bord de mer est situé sur l'extrémité sud souhaitable de l'île, avec vue sur l'océan et dunes naturelles. Promenez-vous sur le pont en bord de mer expansive jusqu'au sable pour vous retrouver sur la plage, prêt à profiter de la journée. Exceptionnel, chalet classique comprend 2 espaces de vie, planchers de bois et un endroit aéré, à l'aise avec terrasses expansives pour créer un espace idéal pour se détendre en famille à la fois intérieur et extérieur. Cuisine entièrement équipée comprend des sièges bar pour 3. Salle à manger offre des sièges pour 6. Un parking spacieux pour 8+ véhicules.
** INCLUS: produits WIFI, nettoyage, cuisine entièrement équipée, papier et tous les draps, y compris toute la literie + bain + serviettes de plage pour vous épargner les tracas / coûts de les louer séparément (200-300 $ + valeur)! Lorsque vous arrivez, les lits seront faits avec croquants, des draps et des ensembles complets de serviettes moelleuses seront disponibles. Des vélos de plage, une glacière, un chariot de plage et des accessoires de plage sont également fournis pour votre plus grand plaisir.

** Quelques heures supplémentaires peuvent parfois faire toute la différence, en particulier lors de la préparation d'un rassemblement ou de la planification d'un vol en avion. Si l'enregistrement anticipé (avant 15h00) ou le départ tardif (après 10h00) est disponible, nous serons heureux de vous laisser du temps supplémentaire (25 $ / heure).

wonderful stay at Oceanfront haven

Our family had a great vacation, the house was comfortable and close to the beach & close to a local coffeeshop. Great porch, several different areas to hang out in. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect quaint oceanfront property!

The outdoor space of this property is simply superb. Wide, well appointed decks that offer both sunrise and sunset views!! The cottage was well appointed with tons of character! Perfect for our family celebration!

charming beach cottage

We had a terrific week, amazing views. House had everything we needed. Well utilized space with including front and back decks. Management company was really responsive with questions and concerns. Looking forward to our next stay.

Reviewer Comments: My power kept going out and I had a huge ant problem call maintenance a couple of times It finally got fixed but never was offer any kind of Compensation for it love the beach but don't love This company ...Also have a lot of pictures

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place is in a good location, but is in need of some TLC. Both doors to the outside stuck so badly even my husband couldn't get them open at times. The microwave doesn't work, the gas grill doesn't work. The bushes out front need removal because you can not pull out on the road without risking a head-on if someone were close. The beach access is only through a public access. Otherwise it was pretty much as expected.

The perfect family vacation home!

We had an amazing family vacation at this property - pups included! The interior was very clean and had all of the essentials that were needed. The bathrooms had even been updated since I originally booked! That was a nice plus. There is plenty of living space inside and a large kitchen table, but we spent almost all of our time (when we weren't on the beach) sitting on the back porch and eating our meals at the outdoor dining table. We would definitely look to come back here in the future!

Lovely!

Our little family enjoyed our stay here! Beautiful living room, sitting room and kitchen as well as amazing decks on the front and back of the property. The access to the beach was public access and was a little hike, but not bad especially since the beach wasn’t busy. It was so nice to have private outside showers. Our only slight issue was the tiny bathrooms, but everything else was so so great. Some places claim they have AC, and this place had the BEST AC we’ve ever had on vacation at the beach.

Charming cottage, lots to love and some things to improve

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was a 10!!! The cottage clean, well stocked with kitchen items, lots of beach toys such as bikes, SUP, boogie board, beach chairs etc. Beds were comfortable, kitchen updated, supplies provided for dishwasher, etc. Bathrooms need updating, electrical a little sketchy, and bedding/comforters and shams seemed they were not washed. Had some challenges with the TV, strange car in the parking lot, but the rental company was very responsive and helped whenever we asked. Would rent again but would like to see updated bathrooms and instead of comforters, maybe duvet covers that could be washed.

What a Sweet Authentic Beach House

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home takes you back to a simpler time! I could just picture families gathering together here in the 50's and 60's! We spent the majority of or time on the fantastic porches! In this age of "tear it down and build new" it was nice to spend time in this Authentic Wrightsville Cottage. The beds were comfortable, the décor was put together well with touches of new and old that blended well. Seascape does a great job managing their properties, they are very clean and Tracie does a great job helping you find something perfect for your family! I hope as the owner of Carolina Breezy continues to upgrade they will maintain its charm and character!!

Great that it had two large decks, one fronting the ocean for daytime use and the second, more wind protected, facing away from the ocean. Smallish kitchen, but nicely decorated interior spaces. Has washer & dryer, but the latter was very noisy. Bikes and beach paraphernalia was also available. We were goaded that we booked, and would return.

Our first place had water damage so Tracey was able to find Carolina Breezy with a great view. We loved the place except it needs outlets in the bathroom and a few updates throughout the place. Great vacation and the kids enjoyed walking to the beach.

Great Stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived to an impeccably clean beach cottage and had an absolutely lovely time from beginning to end. We were out on the beach as much as possible. The location is perfect for sunrises in the morning. There is a restaurant just a few hundred feet away right on the water where we had a great time sitting out on the patio. The beach cottage had just about everything we needed except matches to light candles on a cake. We loved the view. The linens in the cottage were in great shape, too. Plenty of kitchen devices including two coffee makers. We loved it!
