As you enter the villa, you are welcomed by a stunning courtyard-style foyer with a serene water feature and a grand wooden staircase. The open and breezy layout flows effortlessly through the living spaces, creating a calming ambiance infused with Caribbean vibes. Yarari 17 truly lives up to its name, meaning “a fine place” in the Taino language.

The heart of the villa is its lush outdoor space, designed for relaxation and entertainment. The large swimming pool with a wading area for children, a Jacuzzi, and an expansive pool deck invite you to unwind under the tropical sun. Two covered terraces offer delightful spots for lounging or dining, with one featuring a cozy Palapa complete with a sofa and a large dining table for 10 guests. The second terrace, with its palm-leaf "cana" roof, provides a shaded haven, perfect for enjoying refreshing drinks by the outdoor bar.

Inside, the villa continues to impress with a formal indoor dining room, air-conditioned for comfort, featuring a large table for 12 guests. The separate living and TV room, also air-conditioned, offers a spacious sofa, chairs, and a table ideal for card games or family fun. The fully equipped kitchen with an island provides everything you need for meal preparation, or you can enhance your experience by hiring a private chef for an unforgettable culinary journey.

Villa Yarari 17 boasts five elegantly appointed bedrooms, designed for restful sleep and privacy. Upstairs, the primary suite offers a canopy King bed, a private balcony, and an ensuite bathroom with a raised tub and shower. Two additional upstairs bedrooms, each with two Queen beds, come with their own ensuite bathrooms. Downstairs, two more bedrooms, each with a King bed, air-conditioning, and ensuite bathrooms, provide serene retreats.

With a total of seven beds (3 King and 4 Queen), Villa Yarari 17 comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests. Whether you are seeking a tranquil escape or an unforgettable group getaway, this exquisite villa provides a private sanctuary where you can create lasting memories amidst the beauty of Cap Cana.

Bedroom #2 (upstairs): 2 Queen Beds, air-conditioning, TV, closet, and ensuite bathroom with shower.
Bedroom #3 (upstairs): 2 Queen Beds, air-conditioning, TV, closet, and ensuite bathroom with shower.
Bedroom #4 (downstairs): 1 King Bed, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, closet, and ensuite bathroom (shower and tub).
Bedroom #5 (downstairs): 1 King Bed, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, closet, and ensuite bathroom with shower.

Guest access

Guests of the property will have unlimited access to all the restaurants and bars within the resort, the marina and the beaches (Juanillo Beach, Api Beach). Please note if you want to access Eden Roc Beach you might have to pay a fee (no access during holidays)
Once there, our team will guide guests throughout the property giving details of its functional operation and location of each space.
For anything else, our concierge will be available 24/7 for emergencies or assistance to organize an activity or excursion.
