Appartement entièrement équipé avec un intérieur élégant, à distance de marche de tous les services (magasins, restaurants, boulangerie, banques, bureau de poste, etc.) et des attractions de loisirs dans la vallée d'Andermatt, pour les familles avec enfants ou deux couples.

Il y a une cuisine ouverte avec une île culinaire au milieu de cet appartement surveillant la salle à manger et le salon. Les meubles et les accessoires ont été conçus avec un oeil pour le détail et la qualité. Deux salles de bain accueillantes avec une baignoire et une douche spacieuses, et les deux chambres à coucher offrent un espace pour 2-4 adultes ou une famille avec 2-3 enfants confortablement. Pour un confort supplémentaire, l'appartement dispose d'une place de parking dans le garage, ainsi que de son propre casier chauffant pour le séchage et le réchauffement des chaussures de ski et des gants.

En été, le terrain de golf, une pléthore de sentiers de randonnée et de vélo et plusieurs restaurants confortables sont facilement accessibles à pied.

En hiver, les pistes de ski de fond et les stations de base de Gemsstock et de Nätschen se trouvent à courte distance à pied. L'arène de ski traverse tout le chemin jusqu'à Oberalppass et Sedrun, qui sont à courte distance en train. Andermatt est également célèbre pour le ski hors-piste, la randonnée en neige et le vélo gras.

L'hôtel Chedi se trouve à pied, offrant de bons restaurants, des brunchs somptueux, un bar intérieur et extérieur et un salon de cigares.

Le cœur de Milan avec une culture et des magasins variés est à seulement 1h50min.

L'appartement est proche de la gare. Les trains directs peuvent être emmenés à St. Moritz et Zermatt.

An immaculate apartment with wonderfully easy walking (in ski boots!) to both Natschen and Gemstock lifts. Beautifully appointed , extremely comfortable and incredibly helpful landlord. Thank you so much for letting us stay in your home in Andermatt.

Excellent location - so easy to get to the gondola and short walk to everything in town. Underground parking was amazing during the heavy snow and the unit was clean and modern! Communication from owner was A. We had everything we needed well-documented and available to us prior to our trip to eliminate any stress upon arrival. Would certainly stay in on a return trip to Andermatt.

We had a great experience staying here. There was one minor inconvenience that was not the fault of the host, but they stepped up and took care of us anyway. I couldn’t recommend them higher.

Amazing ski town

We loved this location and ski village! This was a super convenient location and 10 minute walk to everything important, train station, gondolas, and restaurants. The home was very clean, modern and plenty of space.

It was a gorgeous unit extremely close to the lifts. The unit had everything you could want from cooking supplies, appliances, multiple wonderful coffee makers. It was a dream rental for our family.

Wonderful, quiet, comfortable spot in Andermatt

We were delighted by the accommodations at the apartment in Andermatt. It was well-appointed, had enough space for my family of five, and provided us an excellent home-away-from-home as we bounced around various parts of Uri and down into Northern Italy. Highly recommend this property!

Host was extremely accommodating. The property has everything we needed and more. Great location especially if you ski. Very close to train station which makes it easy to commute to other cities. We would definitely stay again next time we visit!

Great stay in Andermatt

We loved our stay. The location was convenient. It was right on the train tracks, but we never heard them! The building is built very well! The beds were comfy and kitchen was well equipped. Only regret is not having longer to stay. We’ve discovered so much to do and can’t wait to return!

Property was very nice and well stocked. It was nice having spices, oils, and other pantry items which we didn't have to run out and buy. Walked everywhere but is a small town. In fact, I was told that it wasn't a town but a village! Enjoyed the skiing. Owner was very accommodating.

Great stay in Andermatt

This is a great place to stay. The checkin was pretty easy with the key at the local gas station. The apartment is only a couple blocks from the train station and one of the lifts. The COOP is a 8 minute walk. the place was clean and we had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked and we made a couple meals there. Thanks for having knifes that are sharp and can actually cut!Andermatt is a friendly town and I think it is on its way up.

Wonderful introduction to Switzerland

This was our first trip to Switzerland and the owner, Chris, was extremely kind and accommodating! The property was very clean and comfortable and had all the conveniences of home. It is located very conveniently to the train station and a comfortable walking distance to restaurants and the local grocery store. 10/10 would recommend!

An amazing apartment

We have done ski trips in Europe and North America, but this was, by far, our favorite apartment. It is spacious, modern, quiet, with ultra comfortable beds, and conveniently located. We enjoyed being close to both, the downhill ski lifts, train station, but also the cross-country ski trails. We highly recommend doing a short trip to Realp to enjoy the illuminated cross-country trails (only a 10-min. or so trainride). The brochure that was provided was really helpful and Chris was willing and quick to answer any questions (even when the answers were included in the brochure :)) Thank you for an incredible stay!

Perfect Stay in Andermatt

The property was perfectly located right near the train and near both ski gondolas as well as the main part of town. The apartment itself is quite close to the train tracks but you'll never hear a single train they are so quiet. It was well equipped with everything you could need in the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and living area. I would venture to say it was the best apartment we have stayed at for a ski holiday if you look at all the aspects. The host was very communicative and check in was a breeze. We brought our own travel cot for our 6 month old baby but the bath was perfect for her and the living space was much easier for a family than all being in a single hotel room. I would highly recommend for any family coming to Andermatt.

Andermatt Visit

Property was beautiful. I could live in the unit full time. Communication with the owner was great. We had a bit of trouble locating the unit as the building is behind other buildings.The footpath to the building is immediately right across the bridge (where the bridge railing ends) on the road in front of the train station. Walk down the path and the unit is in the second building. When parking, the driveway to the common garage is further up the street to the right. Unfortunately, our stay had to be cut short as the temperature was close to freezing and we were on motorcycles. We didn't want to ride the mountain passes with the possibility of ice. Overall, would highly recommend.

Beautiful Apartment in a Perfect Location

We absolutely loved our stay in this apartment. It's beautifully decorated and very well appointed. I travel all over the world and this place had the best kitchen set up I've ever seen. Every cooking item you could possibly want was included. We made good use of it because we had breakfast and dinner there almost every night (4 days). It's a quick walk (about 7 min) from the train, which was ideal since we arrived by train. (10 min walk to grocery.) The hosts made the check-in process very clear & we had no issues. Communication was excellent. The best thing about this apartment is that it is far more beautiful than the photos. I was so surprised when I walked in, it's absolutely gorgeous. The hosts truly care about their guest experience. There's also a washer and dryer which we used, works great. There's a nice deck enclosed with glass windows, we didn't use in winter, but it would be lovely in the summer. We skied at both Gemsstock & Natzchen resorts, and recommend Gemsstock for the more advanced skiers. We had big powder AND sun (thanks Switzerland!) and the terrain was excellent. We're from Colorado, so the bar was high, and Gemsstock did not disappoint! It was about a 10 minute walk to each resort, and we rented skis at the base of Gemsstock. I had an Epic pass, but there's also a 50% off card for lifts that we used for my son & his girlfriend (buy online). I would highly recommend this place, and I would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

In der wunderbaren Wohnung haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Dass wir quasi rund um die Uhr Baustellenbetrieb vor der Nase hatten, war Pech. Der Vermieter hat aber sehr gut auf diesen Umstand reagiert.
