Welcome to your huge one-bedroom apartment, a peaceful and spacious second-floor modern apartment, nestled in a quiet, secure property that’s ideal for both short-term getaways and extended stays. This large, thoughtfully furnished apartment offers all the comforts of home in a serene, inviting atmosphere.

     As you step inside, you’ll immediately notice the soft, natural tones and bright feel of the apartment, which creates a relaxing environment throughout. The bedroom features a plush king-size Amish-made bed, with a 12-inch thick Nectar mattress.  A large walk-in closet makes it easy to unpack and settle in, whether you’re here for a weekend or a month.

     The heart of the home is the open-concept kitchen, fully stocked with stainless steel appliances — including a full-size refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher — as well as all the cookware and utensils you might need. Nearby is a circular dining table that can accomodate up to four guests.

     A writing desk offers an additional place to settle in. Whether you're working remotely, journaling, or just need a quiet moment to write, this workspace includes a sleek wooden desk, a soft upholstered chair, a contemporary table lamp, and decorative touches that make it feel inviting and purposeful without being distracting. It’s tucked away just enough to allow for quiet focus while still being part of the apartment’s open, airy flow.

     The living area is cozy yet stylish, featuring a cushioned loveseat, two comfortable chairs, and a sleek smart TV mounted for easy viewing. The two chairs each open into twin-size beds--great for additional guests or kiddos tagging along for the trip. A wooden coffee table and soft area rugs complete the space, making it an ideal spot to unwind after a day of exploring. For those travelling with infants, we have also included a pack-n-play in your closet, as well as a high chair for meal times!

     Just off the living space, step through the door to a small private balcony — the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening breeze. A privacy lattice separates this balcony from the neighboring unit’s, offering a sense of seclusion and comfort.

     The full bathroom is bright and clean, equipped with a shower-and-tub combination, a spacious vanity, and open shelving stocked with fresh towels and basic toiletries.

     Accessing your place is easy: Turn into the driveway that will put the tree line on your right and the double-story building on your left. Look for the first door of the double-story building, on your left, marked with a clear “Unit 201 Airbnb” sign. Free parking is available along the grass-lined edge near the building, making loading and unloading your belongings simple and convenient.  A moderately steep staircase (approximately 14 steps) takes you to the second floor, where your private entry door is waiting--second door on your left as you walk down the hallway.

     The property includes three driveways and two large buildings — one single-story and one two-story — with a quiet mix of long-term residents and short-term guests. Inside you’ll find complete privacy and minimal outside noise, though you may occasionally hear a pet or neighbor in passing.

Guests are welcome to use the washer and dryer in the building — just let us know, and we’ll happily make them available at no charge. Trash can be disposed of in the large dumpster located between the buildings.
