* Community amenities such as the pool, playground, and dining areas are managed by the HOA and are subject to availability. These amenities are not guaranteed and do not qualify as grounds for refunds.
* Weather-related events are beyond our control and do not qualify for refunds unless a mandatory evacuation order is issued.
* Rental agreement will be provided upon booking and is signature is required to finalize reservation.
* Maximum occupancy must match the guest count on your reservation.
* No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed on the property at any time.
* If the number of people on the property exceeds the number listed on the reservation, a $500 per unauthorized guest, per night fee will apply for each night of the reservation.
* Quiet hours begin at 10PM. A signed rental agreement is required for all stays.
* Please do not send or mail any packages or items to the home.
* Please do not dye, bleach, tint, or color hair anywhere inside the property. Hair dye products can permanently stain bathtubs, sinks, countertops, towels, linens, and other surfaces, resulting in costly repairs and replacements. Any stains or damage caused by hair coloring products will result in additional cleaning, repair, or replacement charges being assessed to the responsible guest.

The house was great and had everything we needed. It is located close to the center of WindMark. If it had a golf cart it would have been perfect.

Our family had such a wonderful time on our trip to Windmark, and our entire experience- from booking and ongoing communication with the host, to our stay in this home- was incredible. The booking process was straightforward and simple, the host was so sweet and responded quickly to all messages/questions we had, and the home was truly so lovely!I always love to share that our youngest has special needs (in case any other families in the same boat are browsing for a place to stay), because traveling with disabilities presents its own complexities and layered challenges. This home could not have been more perfect! The rooms were good sizes, the main living space was large, the kitchen came with everything we needed to make the house feel like home for an extended weekend, and the pantry offered ample space to store snacks, goodies, and all things meal-related. And when it was time to head out for some time on the beach, or a quick trip to the shops, we were conveniently just a short walk away! We would highly recommend this home to anyone looking to stay at Windmark Beach, and we look forward to the next time we are able to book our stay in this home! :)

Overall, the house was okay, but there were several areas that could be improved. The kitchen was lacking a good selection of dishes and knives, which made meal preparation a little difficult. All of the furniture was quite uncomfortable, and the bedding on every bed was very thin with no extra blankets or comforters available.Some of the blinds were also missing the control sticks, making them impossible to open. The vacuum did not work, so we were unable to properly clean up after ourselves before leaving. Additionally, almost all of the beach chairs and beach toys provided were broken or unusable, which was disappointing. I think investing in some new outdoor gear and replacing worn household items would greatly improve the guest experience.There are also security cameras on both the front and back porch. While we understand the need for exterior security, we didn't particularly enjoy feeling like we were being watched while spending time outside.Overall, the home was adequate for our stay, but with a few updates and better-maintained amenities, it could provide a much more comfortable experience for future guests.
