Nestled on the shores of Big Bass Lake in the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania, this brand new three-bedroom waterfront retreat invites you to immerse yourself in nature. Fall asleep to the gentle rhythm of water lapping against the private shoreline and wake to a fresh cup of coffee on the deck to welcome the day. The modern chalet was designed by a Philadelphia architect and offers a calming, updated interior.
The home boasts two bedrooms with king beds, one bedroom with a twin and twin trundle bed, and two full bathrooms. The modern, new kitchen has stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar and dining table to enjoy delicious meals. The living room offers a leather sofa and fireplace for cool nights. Enjoy the outdoor grill and the wraparound deck that looks over the water for summer meals filled with laughter, beauty, and joy.

Step onto the expansive wooden deck, warmed by the sun and cooled by lake breezes. Gather around the outdoor dining table or have a gentle rock in the rocking chairs. The tantalizing sizzle of the propane grill (fuel included) sets the stage for perfect outdoor meals. Descend the deck steps to the intimate ground cover area where crisp beers and colorful cocktails complement the panoramic lake views. Nearby, the fire pit crackles invitingly, perfuming the air with woodsmoke as you toast golden-brown s'mores. Follow the path to your private boat dock where the rhythmic splash of water against the shore provides soundtrack to peaceful fishing or launching our smooth-gliding kayaks.

All guests are required to read our guidebook, as well as hold a call with us, prior to officially booking the property. Once you book your dates, we will contact you with the guidebook and to schedule your call. A copy of your driver's license and credit card will also be required.
Check in is 3pm and check out is 11am.
This is a NO SMOKING, NO PETS house, NO GUNS house. Please do not smoke in the house or bring pets or guns.

A maximum of 6 guests (not including guests under 3) are allowed at the home at any time. All guests will be asked to complete a rental application for the security at Big Bass Lake upon booking the property. This application must be filled out a min. of 4 days prior to arrival in order to gain access to the home. Only guests on the application will be allowed on the property for the duration of the stay. No visitors or cars outside those registered to stay at the property will be permitted. You will need this form to check in at the main gate located at 1 Big Bass Drive.
Please note we are not responsible if we don't receive everyone's names before booking and if a guest is denied access if their name is not listed or submitted in time. Any changes within 3 days of check-in must be sent to us in writing and there is a $15 non-refundable fee from the community.
Big Bass Lake is a gated community and strongly enforces the following rules:
- Amenity use passes may be purchased at the Administration Office, Clubhouse and Recreation Center.
-- Amenity Use Day Pass Weekday $8
-- Amenity Use Day Pass Weekend or Holiday $10
-- Amenity Use Week Pass per Person – Non-Holiday Week $30
-- Amenity Use Week Pass per Person – Holiday Week $50
All pass rates are per pass per person. Weekly passes are effective for 7 days, beginning with the date of issue.
- No large and loud parties. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am and there are noise monitors on the property.
- No open flames/fires. Fire pit must be covered when in use.
-No fireworks allowed.
- You must have a PA fishing license to fish in the lake. (we tell you how to do this in our digital guidebook)
- All boats including canoes, kayaks, sailboats, wind surfers, rowboats or any other water craft capable of carrying an operator must be registered with Big Bass Lake Association prior to use.
- No speeding, SECURITY WILL FINE YOU if you go over the 25 MPH speed limit in the community and we'd hate to see you get a ticket on vacation!
- You must go to the main gate before going to the property to get your check in pass from security.
