This lovely 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo at Harbour Towne sits at the 2 mile marker, offering breathtaking, unobstructed main channel views. From the expansive deck, enjoy a full 180-degree panoramic view of the lake, perfect for watching all the activity without any boat docks blocking your sight. Plus, this condo is just a short distance to the pool.

Inside, the well-equipped kitchen features a breakfast bar, while the dining area boasts a charming bay window and plenty of seating for everyone. The spacious primary bedroom includes a king bed, direct deck access, and an ensuite bathroom with double vanities, a large tub, and a walk-in shower. The two additional bedrooms provide comfortable accommodations - one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed plus a twin over full bunk bed - making it ideal for families or groups.

Conveniently located near top attractions like the historic Bagnell Dam Strip, local caves, golf courses and popular restaurant, this condo is perfect for both relaxation and adventure. The well-maintained complex features two heated seasonal pools, tennis courts, and a playground, offering something for everyone to enjoy. Extremely nice condo on the water with good size rooms and beautiful lake views. Unit as described in the listing. Only issue was the 500k liability requirement to the homeowner association that I didn’t find out about until after I booked the property. Not sure if I missed that in the listing or not. I had to increase the liability on my house insurance to cover that requirement resulting in extra cost. Overall the property worked well for my family and met our needs.
