Guest Access:

● Self-check-in with keyless entry - Access code will be sent out once the rental agreement is signed

● Driveway parking for up to 4 vehicles

● Towamensing Trails community access, including amenities and trash center. 8 wristbands provided per group (w/ registration fee)

● Early check-in and late check-out may be accommodated with a fee of $50/hr. Please contact us to see if we can accommodate your request. Payment will only be collected once we confirm that your request can be accommodated.

● Late check-out without our approval will be subject to a penalty of up to $500

● You’ll receive our automated check-in instructions 📩 24 hours before your arrival, so everything you need will be ready ahead of time for a smooth and easy check-in!

● Our homes use electronic door locks 🔐 for your convenience. A door code will be sent to you automatically ⏰ 2 hours before check-in time, unless you’re checking in earlier.

● When it’s time to head out, we’ve got you covered too! 🧼🕒 Our checkout instructions will be sent a day before your departure, you'll receive them at 2:00 PM the day before your checkout.
