Welcome to your perfect getaway—an extraordinary 5-bedroom estate tucked away on 12 serene acres of lush, peaceful woodland.
Whether you're here to relax, explore, or reconnect with loved ones, this is the place to do it. Picture this: a private nature trail, a classic tire swing, and plenty of space for the whole family to enjoy—indoors and out, all year round. From quiet moments in nature to lively games and laughter, there’s something for everyone.
Inside, you’ll find room to spread out and unwind, with 9 comfortable beds, plus 4 air mattresses, (One king, one queen, five doubles, two twin, and four twin-size air mattresses)—plenty of cozy spots for everyone to rest after a day of fun.
The rec room is a guest favorite—fully equipped with free weights, a bench, yoga mats, an air hockey table, and a stunning 75” smart TV. Whether you're staying active or kicking back, you'll feel right at home. Prefer a slower pace? Settle into the hammock with a good book or enjoy morning coffee in the sunroom while deer wander by. It's truly peaceful.
Outdoor games include, corn-hole, basketball, poleish, even a golf pin in the meadow to chip up to, we have a few wedges just for fun.
And when it comes to meals? The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for anything—from big family breakfasts to gourmet dinners. Want to take it up a notch? We can even arrange for a personal chef so you can savor every moment without lifting a finger.

Excellent Place to Stay!

We absolutely loved our house for the weekend. It was super clean and pleasant. Checking in and out was easy and convenient. The property is huge, making for a relaxing and quiet getaway. We will be staying here again in the future!

Family weekend

Three generations of family were able to get together and enjoy the main house. The property was spotless and had everything we needed. We are already planning on coming back for a fourth time!

Great property!

The main house and the game room were nicer than the pictures! The house and the property were awesome. The perfect place to stay when going fishing on Lake Erie. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Perfect stay!!

The Main House was perfect for our size family. We had New Years/Birthday celebrations and the accommodations were exactly what we needed. The house was well stocked and everything was mapped out where things were located which was super helpful. We also enjoyed the trails located around the property.

Wonderful place! Great location and property! Only issue was couldn’t get one of the bathroom pocket doors to close but wasn’t a big issue since there were 4 other bathrooms.

Rustic Retreat

Beautiful, well maintained property. Kitchen was grade A and stocked with necessary items to prepare meals. Roomy and private escape. Near Geneva wineries and shopping. Can’t wait to return.

Outstanding cousins weekend away!

Beautiful place to get away and relax. Coming down the driveway with all the trees turning was breathtaking. Brian was so helpful and very accommodating . This was our first visit here and would recommend it to anyone looking for some down time. Lots of nice wineries and places to eat. We will plan a trip here again for sure.

Absolutely amazing!

I've been to this property twice and I am in love! We had it for the weekend of our wedding and everybody loved it. We got some amazing, beautiful photos on this property. Definitely will be returning.

Family retreat

Our family of 11 (grandparents to grandkids) had a great time. The house is as advertised and the large grounds, 2 fire pits and pond were so relaxing and fun. We did rent the Game Cabin too. So much fun playing pool, cards and pin ball.
