No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises, both indoors and outdoors.

No Pets: Pets are not allowed inside the building.

No Unauthorized Parties or Events: Unauthorized gatherings, parties, or events are not permitted.

Check-in and Check-out: Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 10:00 AM.

Maximum Occupancy: The property accommodates a maximum of 20 guests.
