INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

Easter weekend getaway

No problems with the condo itself love the layout hope to visit it again I do wish that the property management company had of let us know there was a ton of construction going on, and the pool was closed the hot tub was closed the rooftop was closed before letting me know only 3 days before we're going obviously they there's been doing work there for weeks if not months, that was the only thing if they wait till 3 days to let you know there's a lot of construction going on in a lot of amenities are shut down they did give me a 200 refund

The location was great, loved having a community pool, bike access, and they had beach chairs and umbrellas so we didn’t have to rent any which was cool. The rooms were soo spacious too and each had their own bathroom which was nice. We did experience quite difficulties with the fridge not working and the host made it seem like I had to “wait for it to cool down” and it was actually broken and had to wait 24 hrs for someone to fix it leading to food spoiling. They provided bare minimum when it comes to some basics so just be prepared to bring or buy everything, didn’t even give 1 extra trash bag.. We also saw a cockroach day 2, and someone came and set up traps for us. Otherwise potential just bad luck for us but the place itself was spacious.

We stayed at The Pointe in 30A, managed by Panhandle Getaways, and unfortunately our experience was disappointing.When we arrived at 11:00 PM, there were no instructions on how to access the property or even which building/floor the unit was on. After circling the complex in frustration, we only found our room thanks to a security guard. Despite advertising 24/7 guest support, my calls and texts went completely unanswered until the following morning.Other advertised amenities were also a problem. The WiFi information we were given was incorrect — and when I reported this, I was initially argued with before it was confirmed I was right. The bicycles listed as an amenity were unusable because the code provided didn’t work.The unit itself was nice, but the management was unresponsive, unhelpful, and created unnecessary stress during what should have been a relaxing vacation. I attempted to work directly with Panhandle Getaways for a fair resolution but was dismissed.If you’re considering this property, be aware that while the location is good, the lack of reliable management and support makes the stay much more difficult than it should be.
