Our 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms house is on an expansive lot features a large front yard and a newer driveway with ample space for parking. The backyard is designed for fun and relaxation, featuring a sliding children’s play area and plenty of outdoor seating—perfect for quality time with family and friends.

Bedroom No. 1: A master suite with a king-size bed and work desk
Bedroom No. 2: 1 Full bed and 1 twin bed
Bedroom No. 3: 1 Full over twin

-NO loud music or excessive noise. Our home is in a quiet neighborhood with strict community regulations. Please respect our neighbors.
-NO smoking inside the house. A $500 cleaning fee will be charged for violations.
-NO illegal drug use of any kind. Any evidence of drug use will result in immediate cancellation of your stay.
-Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No unapproved visitors or overnight guests.
-Respect check-in and check-out times. Late check-out without prior approval may incur additional charges.
-Take care of the property. Any damage or excessive mess may result in additional cleaning or repair fees.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate cancellation of your booking without a refund.
