Items observed during our stay:1.Hot water outages â The hot water heater failed on two separate occasions.2.Hot tub condition at arrival â The hot tub was only half full and not usable at check-in.3.Murphy bed â The Murphy bed was not functional, affecting sleeping arrangements.4.Drive time to Tremblant â Actual travel time was materially longer than advertised on the listing.5.Amenity disclosures â We were notified the night before arrival that the tanning bed and air hockey table were broken. In addition, it was not disclosed that the Pop-A-Shot basketball game was broken and that the pool table was effectively unusable due to uneven flooring beneath it.6.Cleanliness â The home did not meet expected cleanliness standards, including:âąDead insects throughout the houseâąDirty vent registersâąMousetraps left out in open areas, including bedroomsâąBedding with visible burn marks and holes7.Exterior conditions â Exterior ashtrays were full of cigarette butts upon arrival.8.Snow removal â The property had not been shoveled, and a snow wall blocked the walkway between the front door9.Interior maintenance â Broken floor tiles and multiple electrical outlets hanging out of the walls.10.Railings â Interior and exterior railings were loose/dislodged, with exposed nails and limited structural support.
