The hosts were very welcoming and communicated instructions directly for checking in and out. Overall the place was very nice, clean, and great location with amenities. The only thing we were missing were towels for the pool/hot tub. I may have missed a note on this if we needed to bring our own so it might be good to remind folks when renting if they plan to use those amenities of the resort. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Until we meet again Branson...

Such a neat place to stay! We hope to come back one day. We really enjoyed the pool, hot tub, game room & laundry on site. The ramps were helpful for loading luggage & groceries. Dean & Jean were very helpful & informative.

Condo was exactly as described and better. If you are looking for a beautiful condo with plenty of room for 10 this is it! Views of the lake directly from the beautiful comfortable deck!

Beautiful Lake Views

Property was right on the lake which provided a fantastic view! We were also able to view a fireworks show while we were sitting outside on the patio which was awesome. My only complaint was that the Keurig coffee maker was not clean. The water pitcher on the machine was half full of water when we checked in and the water looked like it had been in there for a long time because stuff was floating in it. I decided against using it and opted to drive to Steamy Joe Cafe which had good coffee and food.

We enjoyed having a condo

We enjoyed the view and the space of the condo. The condo its self has an EXTREMELY small hot water heater. " for claiming to sleep around 10 people, there is no way that the water heater can keep up. In our group of 6 if half of them showered (about 15 mns each) the last person was showering in ICE cold water. I envisioned the pools being closer based on the internet listing of the pools being "a stone's throw away" closest pool was about a block away. This was an older chlorine pool, not super nice (as it was peeling on the bottom and although the pool area was complete with a hot tub it was a four-person hot tub such as one you would order for your own backyard" The saltwater pool with water slide and the saltwater hot tub were awesome, however the one day it rained and the water was very cold that day the hot tub was not working :( I also woyld have liked to see the amenities for the lake be available longer to guests. Kayaks,etc. Are only available from 9 to 4 which is typically when you are out sightseeing or at shows leacing no time in the evening to enjoy the lake amenities.

The hot water tank in our condo is a new 60 gallon tank, standard for any 2-3 bedroom home. 6 people taking 15 minute showers is equivalent to running the hot water for an hour and a half. This would drain any hot water tank and in 6 years of renting our condo, no one has ever complained they ran out of hot water. The chlorine pool is exactly 300 feet from our condo. There are 3 small lodges between our condo and the pool. Our condo is the closest of any property to the pool other than those 3 small lodges. The docks are open to guests 24 hours a day for fishing, swimming, relaxing. What Ashley must be speaking of are the free kayaks the Resort provides for guests which are available for free from 8am to 5pm. To suggest that you can’t enjoy the waterfront and hang out on the docks after 4pm is misinformation. You can swim and fish and relax on the docks until 2 in the morning if you’d like. While we enjoyed having Ashley’s group stay in our condo, Ashley never once communicated with us as their host, not even to say hello we arrived. Had Ashley reached out to us we could have procured her a kayak or two after hours quite easily. We have 2 kayaks across the street we would have loaned them. Communicating with your host is important when you feel you have an issue because most hosts have solutions to help make your stay more pleasant.

Nice location

It was very peaceful. I did not realize it was a condo property when making reservation but it was quiet and view was great. The bed was comfortable. Check in and out was easy. We had no problems.

Clean and Beautiful

We really enjoyed it. The VIEW was amazing! The only downside were the partying neighbors to the north of us. Very loud past 11 pm. Otherwise, we would consider renting here again.

Table Rock Lake - LAKEFRONT Condo

Property location and view excellent. Great Lake Vacation for Condo, Swim Dock, Boating and Jet Sking. Only thing needing improvement is maintenance by resort and amenities they note. The Property Condo was very nice and the Property Manager Excellent to work with - he went above and beyond.

Great Getaway

This was our second time at this property and we will be back for many more. The kids loved the new saltwater pool. Nice place for families to spend quality time together. Comfy beds and clean! Great trip.

Jean was born and raised in the Philippines and earned her USA Citizenship 9 years ago, Dean was born and raised in Chippewa Falls, WI on Lake Wissota, the home of Leinenkugel's. We've made Table Rock Lake our home for the past 19-years. We have a big Family, and we love to spend time at our condos on the lake when we're not working.
