Lakeside Paradise
This spectacular property IS truly a lakeside paradise with a private and pristine beach. With sparkling water as far as the eye can see and a gorgeous wide open sandy beach your family is sure to enjoy. This 3-bedroom home has been fully renovated with every room updated to perfection. Boasting comfortable furniture, lovely décor and lots of room to spread out. The entry into the water is shallow and gradual making it easy to walk into the lake.
If interested in booking please send an INQUIRY only and I will send a revised quote with the discount. A 15% discount is applied to the base rate as there is new home being built next door. The foundation work begins May 20th and the project is expected to continue until late fall. It will mostly be daytime work between 8am and 5pm (by-law does allow 7am start time and finish ). There will be some weekend work but it will be held to a minimum.
Under new management for 2025 so there are no reviews but previously a highly rated property that is sure to please. ** Minimum Rental Age is 30**
This home fits a maximum of 8 guest (max 6 adults). The entry into the water is shallow and gradual making it easy to walk into the lake. The kids will be able to splash along the Lake Erie shoreline and have fun making sandcastles.
Once you've had your fill for the day, you can relax in front of the cozy gas fireplace in the main floor living room. Prepare dinner in the large, amazing kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a gas stove for those who love to cook and a wine fridge. The kitchen opens to the large dining area providing plenty of room for the family to gather around.
For those that need a workspace how about one looking out onto the beach and lake. Working from this home office allows you the flexibility to work AND vacation. The office has a pull-out couch which sleeps two people. There is also a walkout to the deck. There is also a two-piece bath on the main floor which houses the washer/dryer.
The main bedroom is on the first floor boasting a king-sized bed and its own ensuite bathroom. Upstairs you'll find two good sized bedrooms each with a queen bed. There is also a cozy reading nook if you want to take yourself off to be alone. The other full bathroom is on this floor too.

Office Space: Pull-out sofa (sleeps 2)

Note: Beach and water conditions on Lake Erie can vary significantly throughout the year, influenced by changing weather patterns. There is no guarantee that the conditions will be ideal for swimming during your stay.
Town of Fort Erie Licence: STR00113
A license is required to operate a short-term rental in Fort Erie, and the license outlines the maximum number of guests allowed in the property. The limit includes all persons regardless of age. We cannot approve more people than what the property is licensed for.
This home is best enjoyed by traveling families and we do not make considerations for large group of young adults. Only the people registered to stay are allowed at, on, or in the property.
Only a short drive from the Peace Bridge and Niagara Falls, make this a superb location for local sightseeing and day trips. Enjoy our local activities like the historic Old Fort, Fort Erie Race Track, Safari Niagara or public beachfront parks like Crystal Beach and Waverly. Only 20 minutes away is the glorious Niagara Falls and activities like Clifton Hill, Hornblower Cruises, the Bird Kingdom and plenty of golfing and wineries!
Consider a day trip into Toronto (only 1.5 hours by car) and check out a Toronto Blue Jays game, Ripley’s Aquarium or Canada’s Wonderland.
If you've heard the buzz about Ontario's South Coast and have never been, this is the place you want to experience it. And if you've been here before, you'll know that this is a jewel of a place. Within 1.5 hours of Toronto. Lake, sand, comfort, and your loved ones around, what more do you need?
- The Renter whose name the reservation is made is responsible for the conduct of all those using or occupying the vacation property and/or its grounds throughout the duration of their stay.
- When you are not in the house and upon final departure, guests must close and lock all windows and doors. In addition, upon final departure, the Renter must ensure that all food and beverages are removed from the rental property including cabinets, refrigerators and freezers. Failure to remove these items may result in additional cleaning fees
- Renters are liable for all damages and/or loss to the rental property caused by them or as a result of their negligence or caused by or as a result of negligence by anyone permitted on the property during their stay.
- Smoking is not permitted inside
- Small, outdoor fires are permitted in the provided fire pit area.
- The BBQ is available for your use and runs on propane. Please do not move the BBQ to another location on the property and please always double check to make sure it is turned off after every use.
- Please note that absolutely no other items other than bathroom tissue are to be flushed down the toilet. ANYTHING other than bathroom tissue should be placed in the garbage. Any misuse could result in plumbing issues and service calls or repairs will be charged back to the client.
