This gorgeous custom home has two spacious bedrooms plus a sleeper sofa, accommodating up to 6 guests comfortably.
BEDROOMS:
Bedroom 1: This spacious primary bedroom boasts a queen bed with luxurious shared en suite bathroom. Step outside onto the walkout patio for spectacular views of the canyon!
Bedroom 2: This bedroom is equipped with a queen sized bed and luxurious shared en suite bathroom.
BATHROOMS:
Bathroom 1: Enter the luxurious shared en suite bathroom shared between the two bedrooms. This bathroom boasts dual vanities and a dual showerhead walk in shower, stocked with hotel grade towels and amenities for your ultimate comfort.

This home is in a residential area and showing respect to the neighbors is very important. Parties will be shut down, and possibly be threatened with civil prosecution. If you are unsure if your group fits this description, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help.
Due to the mineral content in this canyon, the tap water is not drinkable. Guests will need to provide their own drinking water.
Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $500. You are welcome to step outside and enjoy.
Reservations may be subject to extra guest fees.
Early check ins may be requested the day of check in through your electronic guidebook. We do our best to accommodate these requests, however it depends on our calendar and the cleaners schedule. If approved, there is a $50 charge for early check in.
IMPORTANT: Nugget Hill Road is a steep, windy, unpaved road- AWD/4WD vehicles are strongly recommended, particularly in winter months. Our snow plow partner will deploy plows only once 5" of snow has accumulated on the roads.
We welcome up to 2 dogs. We do not allow cats.
Please note that the on site property manager lives in the basement apartment. It is a completely separate space with it's own private entrance
- No smoking in or near the home. Smoking outside is ok but please keep a distance from the windows and doors.
- Parties are not allowed. You are welcome to have a few guests over to visit but please let us know if you will be doing so.
- Please remove your shoes by the front door
- Out of respect for our neighbors, please be mindful of quiet hours from 10pm-8am
- The on-site property manager lives in the basement apartment. There is a separate entrance and the apartment is completely separate from the rental.
- Be aware that due to the mineral content in this canyon- the tap water is not drinkable. You will need to provide your own filtered water.
-We do not keep propane stocked for liability reasons, we recommend checking that the tank doesn't need to be filled if you plan to use any amenities requiring propane during your stay. If you do need to get the tank refilled please let us know and we'd be happy to reimburse you!
- If you are utilizing an amenity with propane, please be sure to close the tank when not in use.
- We welcome up two to pets. If you brought a pet, please be sure to add them to your reservation and clean up after them
-We are not able to accommodate late checkouts due to our cleaners busy schedules. There is a late checkout fee of $125 and potentially up to the cost of an extra night if it affects the incoming guests.
-Early check ins can be requested through your electronic guidebook the day of check in. We do our best to accommodate these requests, however it is fully dependent on availability. If approved, there is a $50 charge for early check in.
-Please ensure you don't leave anything behind at checkout! There is a fee of $30 plus shipping to have items sent to you after departure.
- Trash is to be placed in the orange bags provided under the kitchen sink and set on the front porch. Please DO NOT put trash out after 5pm as it will attract animals. Send us a message when you have trash to be collected and we will have it picked up.
