Relax and stay in this spacious and light-filled studio apartment in a beautiful treed neighborhood a 3 minute drive or 10 minute walk from downtown Buena Vista. Enjoy a large parking space, separate entrance, and privacy from the main house with kitchenette. There is a creek/water ditch that runs from April to November that flows most of the time, creating a gentle creek sound that wraps around the studio apartment.

Spacious parking with private entrance into separate studio apartment complete with kitchenette, couch and chair, queen bed and walk-in shower. There are three doors, a laundry room and coat room between the studio apartment and the main house for quiet and privacy. We respect quiet hours (6am - 10 pm) and please note we do have two smaller children and you might hear some thuds from deep i side our house time to time during the day. The creek/ water ditch that flows from April to November (ish) creates a gentle, steady water flowing sound that wraps around the studio apartment.

Parking is free and with ample space for up to two parked in vechicles or one large vechicle with a trailer. The neighborhood is quiet with lots of wildlife.

There are three doors and a coat room between the studio apartment and the main house. We have two small children and you will hear them if we are outside and you are outside and/or have your windows open. Otherwise, the apartment is quiet and serene.

Located on the west side of Buena Vista (closer to the mountains), this neighborhood is heavily treed with some of the oldest trees in Buena Vista. Large, old willow trees and cottonwoods fill the house lots with creeks and water ditches running through the properties.

The studio apartment has its own free parking space that will fit up to two vechicles parked in, or a large vechicle with a trailer. In Buena Vista, turn onto West Main, at the light and then turn right onto James Street. Drive down to the brown house with long roof lines, solar panels, a round drive way with a large willow tree out front. The long driveway parking for the studio apartment is on the far side of the house, the north, on the other side of the garage.

We have two small children so you will hear them if you are outside or have open windows and they are outside.
