- Is the house staff inclusive to the cost?

Yes the entire staff is inclusive to the cost. The entire staff is available from 9am to 5pm throughout the day by request or needs. The staff can also be available all day or in the evening/night time for a small fee.

- How close are the beaches and are they swimmable?

The beach in pedregal is private, beautiful and great to walk and hang out. There is no swimming because the tide and waves are very very strong. Is a 10 min walk from house.

Medano beach is a 5-7min drive and is packed with restaurants and bars. Bunch of people there, but it’s a fun time and can swim in ocean if want.

- Do we need to do our own grocery shopping?

Guest will only need to make list and pay the receipt of the groceries / items requested nothing more. Our VIP staff will take care of everything and have everything ready upon arrival. You won’t need to do a thing!

- Do we need to book tours, travel, golf, night/dinner reservations on our own?
