30 DAYS MINIMUM - Welcome to Bucaramanga and to our modern accommodation located in one of the most sought - after areas in the city. We are an American-Colombian couple in love with Bucaramanga and we would love you to stay in our fully furnished apartment that has been prepared with the care of American standards combined with the coziness of a Colombian home. The location is a great option for travelers interested in tourism and ideal for vacationing families or business travelers.
The space

Spacious apartment with city views.
The master bedroom has a Queen bed with plenty of closet space and built in office space. It has access to a private full bathroom with hair drier.
There are 2 full bathrooms in total in the unit.
All bedrooms have been equipped with modern and quiet 3 speed Ceiling Fans (not too common in many apartments in the city) and with new and exclusive double blinds to block day or night light.
TV room is bright and spacious with a 50" Smart TV featuring Nano Technology, Netflix, Youtube, and 80 Channels.
Kitchen is equipped with a new double side french-door fridge and freezer, breakfast nook table for two, microwave, coffee maker, double-side waffle maker, stainless steal toaster, blender, elegant teapot, and all pots, knives, and kitchen utensils to cook and serve your favorite meals.
Samsung front load washing and drier machine is also available in the unit as well as iron with the corresponding ironing board.
The apartment has high speed internet fiber (200Mbs). You can do stream video full time or run your meetings in Zoom without worries of not having Wifi signal.
The balcony provides views of the city and has a small two-seat breakfast table.
The apartment has a private garage in the building for one car and 24/7 security officers who monitor access to the building and provide a nice layer of safety.
There is a communal swimming pool open according to hours and season, bathing clothes and rules must be respected. Common areas in the building such as turco, sauna, and basketball court are open according to specific hours as well.
The apartment is full of natural light all the day and has blankets, sheets, enough towels, and welcoming cleaning kit.
All three bedrooms have fire alarms and the unit has been equipped with a master smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector, and fire extinguisher. Pleasant decoration throughout the apartment.
Guest access
The guests have access to all rooms of the apartment: 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets with showers, tv room, living and dining room, kitchen equipped with fridge, stove, oven, microwave, laundry area, communal areas in the building and indoors garage.
Entrance to the apartment is keyless.
You can get to the building on foot or in a vehicle.
The apartment is conveniently located within 10 minutes of the most important areas in the city.
You can use applications such as Uber or InDriver to move around the city or ask the security officer to request a trusted taxi company that can provide the service.
Other things to note
The entrance to the building has 24/7 security and video surveillance. Upon entry, physical identity documents of the person who made the reservation will be requested by the security officers. The number of people staying with you will be confirmed upon arrival ) Max 4 people, No pets allowed.
During your stay there will be an assigned co-host in charge in case you need anything. We, the main hosts, will be happy to assist you via instant messaging to resolve any questions or additional requests. We can resolve any additional questions about the apartment. Write us to help you!
If your stay is for 30 days or more, there is a charge of $240,000 Colombian pesos. This cleaning fee includes a total of 2 cleaning services during your stay and another one after check out been completed. Cleaning service is performed by a trusted professional maid who has been trained to clean bathrooms, wash bed covers, and clean all spaces throughout the unit. We want you to feel like home and enjoy a clean and comfortable stay.
