We use hospital-grade cleaning products and pay special attention to high-touch areas such as door handles, light switches, and countertops. Our linens and towels are outsourced and washed professionally dried on high heat settings to kill any bacteria or viruses.

➤ Upon arrival, you can park right in front of the house that leads to your private entrance. We have a lockbox that will ensure a secure and convenient entry.
Other things to note
➤ NO PETS, not even service animals. No smoking or Vaping. The property is under surveillance 24hrs. There is one camera located at the front of the house. It is a doorbell camera and it operates through motion detection. We have a strict 25 minimum age restriction.

➤ NO GUESTS UNDER 25 ARE ALLOWED TO BOOK. Our home is equipped with a keyless entry (keypad). Guests won't need to meet for a key and will receive check in instructions with their personal access code. Also, after every guest checks out, the home is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected with a COVID-19 disinfectant throughout every part of the home to ensure the safety of all of our guests.

➤ REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE
We cannot guarantee against mechanical failure of heating, air conditioning, appliances, TVs, or amenities. Please report any inoperative equipment to us promptly. We will make every reasonable effort to have repairs done quickly and efficiently. If you demonstrate that the problem persists after being given instructions by us, a maintenance service professional will be dispatched.

➤ NO REFUNDS OR RENT REDUCTIONS WILL BE MADE DUE TO MECHANICAL FAILURES OR MALFUNCTIONS, INTERRUPTIONS OF UTILITIES, MAINTENANCE PROBLEMS OR CONSTRUCTION IN THE AREA. WHILE BP SHORT TERM RENTALS WILL MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO REPAIR ANY MAINTENANCE ISSUE IN A TIMELY MANNER, IT CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT THE ISSUE WILL BE FIXED DURING A GUEST STAY, AS THE COMPANY MAY HAVE TO GO THROUGH HOME WARRANTIES. BP SHORT TERM RENTALS will always look for alternative solutions to ensure and prioritize guest comfort.

Please note that these times are strictly enforced and that arriving before 4 pm or checking out after 10 am without prior approval is against our policies. We must make sure we have adequate time to properly sanitize and clean for the next guest.

☆☆LAST-MINUTE BOOKINGS☆☆
Last-minute bookings are reservations that was made within 48-72 hours before the checkin date. Please be aware that for last-minute bookings, our standard check-in time is adjusted to 7 PM. However, in some cases, we may be able to accommodate a 4 PM check-in so please let us know asap if you need an earlier check-in, and we'll make every effort to accommodate your request.

In order to set realistic expectations, we offer essential starter supplies to make your stay more comfortable. These complimentary supplies comprise shampoo, soap, toilet paper, and a few other basic items. Please note that these supplies are not intended to last for the entire duration of your booking but are provided to avoid the need to rush to the supermarket immediately upon arrival.
