This gorgeous 2.5 bedroom beachside home features 2 King Suites and a bunk area, plus a beautiful and comfy pull out queen sofa. Only 70 footsteps to the beach with great beach/Gulf views. No highway to cross so safe for families and easy to walk to sunset! Perfect for families, girls weekends, or just a couple's getaway. Designed with high-end luxury in mind, Hello Sunshine features a massive living room/kitchen area with Gulf views throughout. Step out on the balcony and enjoy sunrise and sunset with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and there's a luxe rainshower in primary bathroom.

KITCHEN: Huge island with sparkly countertop. Wash dishes and enjoy Gulf views. Fully stocked coffee and wine bar (you bring the wine, LOL).

Bespoke Samsung appliances lets you cook in the kitchen of your dreams (enjoy the hidden auto-fill water pitcher!) Large island seats 6 and dining table arrives soon. Cafe table on balcony and on ground floor gives you lots of options.

Every gadget you can think of - this is truly a cook's kitchen!

WORK AREA: For remote workers, we have added a beautiful workspace with desk and chair, fast internet and a variety of lighting options for you. Your coworkers will drool seeing your gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico.

GROUND FLOOR: You'll find a luxurious outdoor shower with waterfall, a half bathroom with sink and vanity and toilet. We have a large private outdoor seating area with couch and comfy chairs, a grill, and bocci balls and similar games. Want to truly experience the great outdoors? Enjoy the beautiful outdoor shower to stay cool or just to rinse off the sand.

This is a truly special home with custom features throughout. You are a short and easy walk to restaurants like Mango Marley's, Caribbean Coffee, the ice cream shop and food trucks. Bike path is across the street and extends for miles. There are two city parks and playgrounds (including pickleball courts) within two blocks.

Please note that this is a townhouse so there are 3 floors. The kitchen and living room are on the third floor (where the best views are!) and the bedrooms are on the second floor. The stairs are easy to climb but may not be appropriate for those with limited mobility.

Perfect!

Let's just start by saying how wonderful a host April is!!!! She knows hospitality and it shows!!! We had everything we needed and more. The house was perfected accommodated! And if we needed something she was on it! We hosted 2 families reuniting and there was so much space for everyone to eat and enjoy the beauty. We loved the house so much and will be definitely adding it to our favorite list!!!! Thank you April for being the best!!!!

April and her daughter Amber have loved Mexico Beach since Amber was a child. This project was their first real estate collaboration so it blends the aesthetics of luxury and technology from the two generations. We loved working together on Hello Sunshine!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We love this townhouse because it is beachside so there are no roads to cross. You walk past two houses before your feet hit the sand - how great is that? This property is great for families, a girls weekend away, or as an executive retreat. The beach and sunset views are amazing and we designed the house to take advantage of the best views. The bike path is across the street and it spans the entirety of Mexico Beach and beyond.

Currently, there is a food truck located directly across the street with yummy Mexican food and other restaurants and shops are close by. A new grocery store is in the works just a few blocks away (likely to open in 2025).

We put the LUX in luxury and you'll see that in every room. You'll love your beach views throughout! Grab a cold drink from your beautiful kitchen and walk to the beach (you walk past two houses) without having to cross the highway. Of course, we provide you with a beach cart, beach towels, and sand toys - just bring your bathing suit! We provide much more than your typical rental and have tried to anticipate your every need. Yes, we have reading lamps, charging stations, wireless speakers, luxury towels, linens and robes. Yes, we have an all out beautiful coffee and wine bar. Yes to sunrises and sunsets from your balcony!
