Summary:

The Flats on Baymont Street are in the heart of Clearwater Beach, one block from the main thoroughfare and the Sand Pearl entrance to the beach.

Enjoy access to the newly completed pool located bayside at 617 Bay Esplanade, just a short walk away.



The Space:

Check in is 3:00 pm and check out is 10:00 am



- The kitchen is supplied with small appliances, utensils, dishware, drinkware, coffee cups, and a drip coffee maker.

-The bathroom is supplied with a hairdryer, shower essentials.

-Towels and bed linens are provided. The housekeeping policy is to replace these items only between guest departure and arrival.

- Laundry room for guests is located on the second floor. Access to the stairs is at the front of the building. Laundry room is at the end near Loft A.

-Beach chairs, cabanas, and sun umbrellas are available to rent at the beach. Occupy any that are not in use. Someone representing the rental service will stop by to collect the fee.

Guest Access:

Unit access is self check-in.

In the heart of Clearwater Beach, next door to Frenchy's original cafe and two blocks from Sand Pearl Resort and the beach.

There are an assortment of restaurants and shops within walking distance.

Fish off the access to the intercoastal one block away.
