Designed with families in mind, our beach house offers plenty of space for everyone to relax! Two king suites feature private en-suite bathrooms, while the full-size bedroom and twin bunk room share a full bath. The bunk beds accommodate up to 150 lbs. each. One king suite has room for a pack ’n play (provided). A convenient full bathroom is located on the first floor.
Each bedroom is equipped with a large closet, dresser or chest of drawers, ceiling fan, and floor fan. Bathrooms feature fluffy towels, hairdryers, ample lighting, storage, and either a walk-in shower or tub/shower combo.
Enjoy entertainment with large wall-mounted smart TVs in every bedroom—just bring your login details for streaming! Essentials like hand soap, bar soap, bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, and black face towels are provided.

The open-concept main floor, where the fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and living room blend seamlessly—perfect for quality family time.
The kitchen features stainless-steel appliances, crock pot, blender, toaster, 12-cup drip coffee maker, spice rack, and plenty of cookware & dishes—including special children’s dishes! The fridge has an ice maker and water dispenser for added convenience.
Enjoy meals at the long bar with multiple stools or the stunning dining table, ensuring everyone has a seat. Take your plate outside and soak in the views from the balcony.
The cozy living room offers beautiful Gulf views, a 65” wall-mounted smart TV with cable, and plenty of seating with two plush couches and rocking chairs. Unwind with family games and cards for a fun-filled night.
For added convenience, a large-capacity washer & dryer is available during your stay.

Step outside and enjoy the spacious balcony spanning the width of the house, offering breathtaking Gulf views and a glimpse of the pool.
The large grassy area in front of the house is perfect for kids to play or for adults to enjoy a round of cornhole—an evening tradition among families in the community! SO MUCH FUN!
Relax with our newly added high-top table with four chairs and two cozy rocking chairs. Guests also have access to the community pool, located directly behind the house. While the pool isn’t heated yet, it’s fully enclosed by a fenced gate for added security. The pool is only locked when closed by neighborhood security.
For extra convenience, we provide a gate at the top of the balcony stairs for peace of mind.

Hello! Thank you for considering staying in one of our properties with Barnes Beach Houses! We privately own and manage our homes and take pride in all of them!
My husband and I live in Mansfield, TX and love hosting our guests. The majority of our guests are repeat guests and love to come back and stay at our properties year after year. We have five children; one still at home, one in college, and three more that are adults and have blessed us with five grandchildren. We both work in the healthcare industry and love to travel in our free time.
We both stay in short-term rentals when we travel, which I feel makes us better hosts. We know what we like when we stay somewhere and make sure you have the same amenities and consideration. We want all our guests to be comfortable in our houses.
